I went today for dinner. The vibe inside reminds me of the 90’s for some reason. Everything seems outdated but not in a bad way. It was pretty comfortable and brought back some good memories. The place smelled of an old hotel and cigarettes. The speakers need to be turned down or off since you can’t hear anything but static and no words. Now on the other hand the staff was really cool and welcoming. The manager seems like a real nice guy. He brought us our food to our table and asked if we wanted dessert before or after. There was a new employee getting an order wrong and he didn’t seem flustered about any of it, stayed by her side the whole time helping her out. The food was good! Ordered the spicy chicken tenders. I’m Hispanic and LOVE spicy. These were good and I will be returning to get them again. Only thing wrong was just the seats were a bit dirty from everyone’s backs rubbing against it over years and years. The place was clean overall as well. Might just be a few things that can change to make it a bit better.

I have not been to DQ in years. I stopped by this location to get a steak finger basket. The young lady who took my order was pleasant. The store is older, but it was very clean. The other staff were professional. Keep it up!

A solid 4☆ because I thought the burger was a little dry. The chick making blizzards is really cool. Cute Hispanic girl, and she asked if I want the blizzard with the meal or after I’m done eating. So she brought it to me after. The ambience here is standard DQ, but the raggedy old Sony speakers on the wall are quite annoying while eating. Service is the winner here and the food is good. French fries were on point! I’d come back and highly recommend!

My family and I have been visiting this particular location for well over 18 years and I have always appreciated the quality of the menu and service until today. Paola at the drive through had her boss come out to “let me know” that the kids meal treat papers we wanted to redeem along with our $40 order, were not valid because they haven’t had those color of bags for over a year.. mind you all we come weekly sometimes even multiple days because we love their deals. So the lady in charge now(we haven’t seen Joseph in a while) is very rude, this is the first time I have ever seen her face there. She definitely needs to be coached on how to show appreciation to her loyal customers. Both ladies need to do better, for the remaining customers. We will not be returning.

I swear the person working the window gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received. Very polite, very to the point. the only reason my rating is low is because we were asked to pull around the side of the building and park, pull around to park and there are cars parked straight forward, and also horizontally into the spaces. i could see how the signage and painted lines on the ground could confuse someone. We ended up waiting 10 min+ for our food but it was delicious so ♂️

First time trying the Oreo Blizzard and we love it, my daughter got the chicken basket and for me the triple burger with mayo, Nadia welcomed us as soon as we arrived to the entrance with a smile in her face! Place was clean, Thank you for the awesome costumer service we appreciate it and will be visiting again soon!

I had my friend go get my food,as you can see there’s little to no meat in my taco’s,I ordered 6 and both look the same 11.58 for taco’s without meat, I’m very disappointed please do better,I am throwing this away wasted money

I went through the drive-thru today. Service seemed good. I believe the slowness I experienced was due to the person in front of me in line. Parking lot feels every bit of the “been there forever” that it has been. It was old when I moved to the area in the late 70s. I have been inside. It is always clean, but feels like the last update was likely 20-30 years ago. I always feel good about visiting.
