The service was great. A nice guy who seemed to be in management helped carry our food to the car. But I got home & was very upset because not 1 sauce was put in the box/bags. I bought extra sauces and not even the sauce that was supposed to come with the meal was there.

Great place! I had the chicken fingers with fries. First off, the people behind the counter are very friendly and full of life…they look like a party just started when I walked in. I came right before closing, and the employee said not a problem—just sit down and enjoy. The atmosphere is inviting and not too bright…love that! It was very comfortable and the food was hot and fresh. Wonderful experience for my first time going to Zaxby’s! 🙂

I was shorted and item on my order that was delivered. I drove up there to get it and waited nearly 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Once o explain the issue the Assistant Manager refused to give me the item. He said it was not there problem once the order leaves the store. He said I couldn’t prove that it wasn’t picked up and I told he couldn’t prove that it was. He acted like it was coming out his check. I am now out the money and the item. I eat at Zaxbys at least twice a week. The service at this store has been subpar my last couple of trips. I won’t be back to any location because I’m not going to support a place thay basically calls me a liar and refuses to give me what I paid for.
