As with all the other reviews suggest, this establishment truly has improved over the months.
I had a nice experience today, all my food including the cantina chicken quesadilla and Doritos locos taco tasted phenomenal. The entire restaurant was clean and the staff were quick and friendly.

Do not fear the low ratings on this Taco Bell as the service has completely changed In the best way possible. I have gone to various Taco Bell’s including this location when I first opened up and honestly, I was disappointed, but this is my second time visiting it after so many months of it being open and I have never received better service from all the multiple Taco Bell locations I’ve gone to! The girl working the drive-thru window and making the food has the most exceptional customer service skills and the food was AMAZING!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

The lady running the show at show at this taco bell drive thru should be extracted by the area rep and put in place at every taco bell until she’s trained every one of the taco bell drive thru MCs to imitate her pizazz (even at a fraction of the gusto).
If Chick-fil-a ever finds out about this absolute professional entertainer running a shift at this tucked-away taco bell they’re going to talent snipe her.

Beyond disappointing. Was happy to know one would be opening so close but such a letdown. Ordered the crunchwrap not browned or crunchy at all, very soft and maybe a tablespoon of taco meat, fries were cold, asked for nacho cheese and gave me actual nachos that I paid for but didn’t order. Zero interaction with staff as they make you feel like a bother. Not sure how long they’ll be open. Better off driving to the location on providence and cuthbertson. See pic of crunchwrap. All lettuce and way undercooked.

I personally love this Taco Bell, sucks to see the reviews so bad. I usually get the same thing and the worst thing to happen to me at this store was they forgot to put in an add on I ordered, but that happened only once. The staff are as nice as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Only negative, the drive thru is SUPER narrow it’s scary lol.

Not sure why the inital reviews are low. My experience this evening was 5 stars from start to finish. The manager, staff and one employee (off shift/not working) were extremely helpful and kept customer focus paramount.
In addition, the location was spotless and the younger customers were very well mannered (nice job parents) and young adult’s.
I’ll be back for certain.

I genuinely don’t understand all the incredibly negative reviews. I’ve been to this location, probably far too much since it’s open, and it’s been better than most Taco Bells I go to. The food has been solid, yes there was one time my wife had a taco that wasn’t good, but they’ve been overall great. Any extra food or items we’ve ordered haven’t been missed like they do at other locations, the staff has all been super friendly.
I think a lot of the reviews seem to miss the fact that it’s summertime, kids from high school are working, so their service isn’t going to be impeccable, it’s also Taco Bell, not a fine dining establishment. A little patience and kindness goes a long way, life’s too short to be mad that a kid whose learning at their first job missed your sauce or silverware.
Also for everyone who keeps messing up their order in the drive thru, just use the mobile app. It’s been perfect every time, and there’s no confusion on what you’re trying to get or explain over the microphone.

This is NOT fast food, I’ve waiting in the line for 45 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, they take so long, and even always mess up my order, either adding something i didn’t want or not giving me at least 2 items i PAID for, do NOT come to this Taco Bell, it’s nothing but a waste of time and money. Literally Anywhere else is 10x better
