Pizza is pretty typical of most chains. They use a little more sauce than I prefer and the sauce is on the sweet side. Cheese breadsticks were good. Food was ready when promised.

We previously had great experiences. I always order 1.5 hours or more ahead of time. Typically we only order pizza when we have way too much going on to cook. This is now the 3rd time I’ve ordered ahead and the person picking up the food is waiting over 15 minutes. We order ahead so that we can get to other engagements on time. I don’t really understand how if I’ve ordered 1.5 + hours ahead of time it’s not ready and my husband is sitting there for 15+ minutes.

Ordered over phone said 25 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later, paid with tip. Said it be right out, waited another 10 minutes watching employees on phone doing nothing. Finally asked about my order and saw them reach in warmer to get it, which had been in there since I walked in the door. Had to ask for salad and correct dressing on top of everything else. I get that kids work there, but the manager wasn’t even interested in running a proper place. Been going there for a good 20 years and worst service yet. Very disappointing to say the least. Makes the longer ride somewhere else worth it.

The last time I went to pick up a pizza they made me wait 15 minutes past the time they told me. Then they dropped my pizza when it came out of the oven. Got my money back, no dinner at work and late for work. Today it was about the same, late food, couldn’t eat pizza before work while it was hot. Just about not worth going back. Stop at one of the other places and get a pizza when I walk in the door.

Ok so if you have a pizza deal thats 2 toppings for $20 and I get extra cheese, burger on half the pizza & pepperoni on the other half that shouldn’t be considered 3 toppings. Ive never seen this scam before. Wont be back

The last two times there was very disappointing My last visit was 02/10/2026 I got a jam & cheese sub not meat hardly and the bread was toasted so hard you couldn’t even chew it and when I called and complained the manager or whoever he was told me that since I took a bite I could only get a discount off my next order and I am pissed very unsatisfied customer and very disappointing
