Food here is bad. Got the chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was dry. It tasted like it been under the heat lamp for hours. Also, they charge more it then other KFC.
The parking here is almost nonexistent.
The way the driveways are layout it can be dangerous. Off of Hacienda the driveway is exist only with parking on one side and drive-thru on the other side. To come in off of Haceienda you need to come around on the back street and go thru another parking lot, which very confusing. So, people just use the driveway on Hacienda going the wrong way.

Not very happy. I order through mobile app as you can see from picture. I drove 20 mins out of my way and by the time I came home I realized that they didn’t give me 6 tenders. I called the number and of course you can’t leave message because I’m guess they mess up too damn much for the owner to listen or care about people’s opinions. Worst KFC ever. They gave me my free 8 piece tenders and 6 chicken but didn’t give me the 6 tenders I paid for.

If you’re going to require customers to use the automated kiosk because the attendant is busy w/ drive-thrus, you’re kiosk should be programmed to offer a paper receipt. When charging, especially sales tax, the merchant is required by state law to provide a receipt. YOU don’t get around it simply by offering a text or email receipt. These are PLOYS by KFC to harvest customers’ personal data. (I don’t need to hear from the mgr. so you can defer from the ” we’re sorry to hear… ” patterned response.) This is a corporate matter that needs to be addressed.

These people seem to like to forget any napkins or forks to eat the side orders. Made app order, asked if everything was in ties up bag, she said yes, when we opened it up there were no napkins (OK) but then we never had utensils to eat the four sides, pretty sloppy, also asked for hot sauce, she grabbed a handful to give to me but bag was already tied up, she seemed mad to put them in a small bag for us

I used to love coming to this KFC on Hacienda and Amar but I stopped coming here because I always screwed up my order well mind you it’s been years since I’ve been here I decided to order a chicken sandwich they asked me spicy or just regular I say regular I can’t eat the spicy it’s like they poured the whole entire gallon of spicy sauce on this sandwich I can’t even eat it I hate this place. And it’s my fault I should have checked the sandwich before I left the restaurant but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I got screwed

Do not eat here very bad experience we asked for a combo and she charged everything separate she gave me tenders instead of the pieces of chicken she didn’t bother to explain how we could order to make it more affordable she was charging each piece of chicken in 3,99 instead of charging a package also bad attitude and we pay $50 for 2 people
