jesus christ this place needs to get it together. making mobile orders while i wait in line for 10 minutes, took my order wrong, and then proceeded to give me just fries without my sandwich. so i had to go back and get it and when i opened it it looked like they literally just threw it all in there. and i said thank you, did not have an attitude, and didn’t even complain. they were not apologetic at all.

Honestly can not believe I’m having to write this. I went and got lunch for my boss and I today at around 12 PM. It’s one thing to get my order wrong but it’s another thing to violate food safety codes. I open my nibblers meal and saw a sandwich that had a piece of bread missing. I figured, okay, maybe the bun got broken during handling. I was disappointed to find no extra Texas toast as substitute for the fries. When I got to my last nibbler which was against my middle nibbler, I saw a bite taken out. When I called the store, the person picked up was dismissive. “Ain’t nobody take a bite outta your food. We have cameras in here, nobody would do that. It’s just broken”. I indicated I had pictures. She didn’t offer any apologies or even sympathize about my complaints. I said I will send a complaint to corporate and she told me to send pictures to her cellphone. Are you serious? Why would I send pictures to a cellphone number of a person who obviously doesn’t believe me. So here I am, letting everyone in Madison know about how it goes down at this Zaxby’s. Customers beware!

First time at this location. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless desperate. Food is ok, but the place is disgusting. Filthy. The cashier let someone cut in front of me as I waited way longer than him. When I told her what she did her response was oh I don’t know I have a lot of customers. Why did I get someone’s leftovers lmao, spent 15$ for 4 chicken tenders size of a fry and enough fries to count on my hand. 🙁 went back and had to buy more fries so like 18$, would not recommend. Workers were all very nice tho.

I ordered a big zax snack, 6 peice finger meal with extra sauce and EVERYTHING was so old. It wasn’t even warm and everything tasted like it had been sitting on the floor for 4 hours in a box.
The chicken they gave me was as big as my pinky. The bread was so old it was hard to pull apart. Paid for extra sauce and didn’t get it as well.
I Will not be back to this location.

ordered wings and things boneless with tongue torch. found a balled up hair wrapped around one of my boneless wings. my zax sauce had a puncture in it, it was rotten. called I told about my food they hung up on me. called corporate they wasn’t any help. I would ask for my money back but after reading everybody’s complaints I know I wasn’t getting my $12 back. really disgusting to them to do this. please if your reading this, AVOID this place. this place is disgusting.

I really just have a question…why did the lady at the drive thru today act like the single sauce I request for my 2 nibblers was coming directly out of her paycheck??? Rolling her eyes….like I’m sorry ma’am I thought you were at work? Anyway the bread tasted old so that sauce came in handy. And baby if it did come out of your check, just reply to this and I’ll bring you that $.50 for it okay? Hell I know times are hard I get it.

Ordered lunch for myself and 5 of my co-workers today from Zaxbys. We actually placed the orders online and set a time to pick them up. All our orders were ready when we got there as promised! It was so easy to place the orders online, It only took a few seconds to do. The the Zaxbys associate was so friendly and helpful when we got there to get the orders. All I had to do was make the drinks. Will deffinetly order from them again! GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT FOOD!
