We got our drinks ordered online with the app and then when we got our meal it was in the togo containers I think it defaults to Togo because of the app we were dinning in then what was called a Burger was not there was hardly any patty. It was the 6.99 combo 2 of them First time trying this I was disappointed never again should get the money my boyfriend paid.. the lady and boy working there didn’t keep tables cleaned off. They were talking to each other a lot it was 9 at night. Had to go to rally’s a lot better burger. I think those 2 might need training or hire someone else. If your out of a particular food say something wouldn’t have mind it substituted boyfriend has fond memories of huddle house he was disappointed. I’m aware the burger picture on the table isn’t the same to be honest I felt that McDonald’s basic cheese burger was bigger

I’ve eaten here a few times before, and the food isn’t bad for the price. I went in to order to-go, so I can’t speak to service beyond the ordering interaction, but what I experienced was excellent. Recently, I began putting in an order for carryout using their website and the total seemed a bit off. It turns out they charge a $1.50 fee for carryout packaging. I don’t know if that franchise wide or just this location, but it’s a stupid way to galge just a little more money from their patrons. I ended my order and will not consider Hhuddle House foreals going forward.

Black Friday! It was definitely busy when we went in but we got a table immediately. Our waitress Nina got our orders very quickly and took great care of us! We will be back for sure. Nina was great!

I like Huddle House in general, but I LOVED this Huddle House. Our server, ( I believe his name was Justin) was pleasant and attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The gravy was so good, and I’m a gravy snob. The price was very reasonable. The tables were clean. The decor was cute and unique to Owensboro. I thought that was a nice touch. I’ll definitely make the trip back.

It is just poorly operated. I’ve went to go through this drive-thru mobile pickup the first time I went in there. I guess the truck ordered a buffet platter. I don’t know but it took like 20 minutes so I pull out I leave. I come back and there’s a car that was behind me in line now and I’m in line for about 5 minutes so I decide to go inside now. There was like just three tables and there is only two people working with the cook kind of slumped over the grill when he could be. Maybe doing something to produce a little effort on. Maybe getting some other stuff done. Why something’s cooking? She said I’ll be right with you. She was a polite person at first and I had a coupon for a biscuit and gravy and I’m trying to stay calm at this point because I’ve already wasted about 40 minutes trying to get a biscuit and gravy. She couldn’t take it cuz that coupon is expired which I probably had one in my car. That wasn’t but I was just so frustrated and I let her know my suggestion would be if they don’t call ahead. Don’t use that line that says mobile pickup or once you do order go pull up towards and somebody run it out to you. It’s no different than running a plate out to a table because people that are in line that might just be going through to get a cup of coffee or a biscuit and gravy. Or maybe that mobile pickup that they’re wanting fast that says curbside service and they wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes. But I let her know I was already been in line for over 20 minutes. I decided to come in to do this and she said I’m sorry. I am the only one here. I get that but I have worked restaurants super busy with me and a cook probably about five times busier than what that place was. It just takes a little different type of hustle. I mean I’m saying three tables and probably one of the coffee drinker one was almost done. You had a cook back there that could have made up the biscuit gravy while she’s running the food. There’s just so much different options that could have been done so 40 minutes wasted. No biscuit and gravy because coupon was expired. Ridiculous

We had a wonderful experience. Me and one of my girl friends visited, it was very packed but our server kayla executed our order perfectly! And of course I seen my favorite server Dawson Clark. We love the atmosphere at huddle house. The general manager Amber checked on us and made sure our food and experience was the best! Will most definitely be returning on a regualr basis!
