We stopped by at 9p on a Saturday night. All available tables were dirty and the staff never attempted to clean them. Some tables are broken and the floor has trash all over it. There were less than 20 people in the restaurant (half already had their food), but it took over 40 minutes to make our order. Of the 4 orders placed before ours, 2 had mistakes that had to be corrected.
You can forget the using the DQ app/ view menu online. Their menu is a throwback to the 90s and they don’t honor anything found on the DQ app. No online orders either.
We won’t be back, and you probably should find somewhere else to eat while in Woodward.

Place is full of trash all the time. They dont clean anything. I have gotten dirty ice cream form them and when I asked the old guy behind the counter he was very rude . Good luck running business this way. Your family owned to I wonder what ppl thank of fam… good luck!

Peace of work. My kid threw up in the car and I stopped to get napkins and a bag to clean and old guy wouldn’t give me any…. so sad even after explaining the hole situation. He said thos cost money. I will never spend a doller at dq.

Classic menu, great prices, clean tables, friendly workers. If you haven’t been to Dairy Queen you haven’t yet experienced Woodward Oklahoma this place would not be the same without DQ. The owner gives out free ice cream cone coupons for kids every year and this is a great place for teenagers to have their first job experience. You can usually find a group of locals meeting here and the environment is completely family friendly. Great place for Bible study, closed on Sundays though, great Christian establishment.

I ordered a salad, the ranch that came with it was thicker than a blizzard and tasted horrible. I called and asked if i could get something else to replace the salad since it was ruined. They offered to give a dollar for the bad ranch but wouldn’t replace the food that the ranch was covering. The manager on shift was extremely rude. Worst customer service woodward has to offer.

Waited 45 minutes for steak fingers. The night manager gave us a massive amount of attitude when we asked about our order. The majority of the staff was standing around doing nothing. When I started to ask about a refund my order was magically ready. Horrible service. Employees don’t care
