I want to bring this to your attention because a foreign object in a meal is not simply an inconvenience. It is a preventable breakdown in food-handling procedures. Please advise on how you would like to address this.
When we got there we only see three people working and the lights were back on (indicating done in available I’m guessing). I went and stood by the online order pick up area, and made eye contact with an employee that was on her phone. So it took several minutes for someone to help us. There were only two other customers in the store that were both being helped by another persom, while the third person was working in the back.
My sister who enjoys being able to eat Bibibop ordered her two bowls and one for my mom. I ordered my own. My sister’s order was missing an entire whole bowl. And all of the sauce she ordered, we were given the Sesame Ginger instead of Teriyaki. When we brought this up to the two female workers, they started speaking about us in a different language like we weren’t standing right in front of them waiting for them to make our order correct. They then rushed to make the last bowl in my sister’s order. And the bowls were not filled. She orders double meat, cucumber and potato and the bowl wasn’t even half full. My bowl was missing bean sprouts and the pineapple (that I was charged extra for, so if I’m going to be charged for an extra topping I’d like it on my bowl).
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bibibop. The two female workers seemed like they wanted to socialize with each other than doing their jobs. The young man working in the back seemed to be carrying the slack. If the store is only going to accept online orders, it would be nice if the online orders were correct. It will probably be a bit before we frequent this Bibibop again.
NOTE: My items are similar to ones noted 6 days ago. Obviously the local management and store management do not care. It doesn’t take a week. Plus just opening the doors would have fixed things today. Executive management better fix this or risk letting this place hurt the brand. Whomever is posting replies as “owner” telling people to email customer service ID passing the buck. So it’s more than operatiosn it’s also ownership and customer satisfaction. This place can count its days, surely numbered with so many misses.
4 people were working, and we still waited 5 mins with no others placing an order. Everyone was working on other non customer tasks like folding bags or moving stuff around in freezer.
But the worst was the temp on a cool beautiful say it was over 90 degrees in the place so I offered to prop open the doors to which they acknowledged my offer than promptly went on doing things without answering. So, I asked if the AC was broken, to which they completely ignored me, like they couldn’t hear or I was speaking too softly. And I don’t speak softly often. This wasn’t a case of that.
Suggest that the food safety people stop in if they have it this hot all the time. I can guess there’s a lot of food spoilage.
I love this chain, but the manager here was obviously a person who doesn’t care. She was who ignored my offer for the doors and my question about the AC.
The word for her is rude. That’s what we’d call people who behave that way. She should never be in front of customers. I won’t be visiting this location again, ever. Suggest that if you care about health, then avoid this place.
