I’ve always been a Papa Johns fan, and have ordered from a couple dozen different locations over the years. I’ve now ordered pizza from this Papa Johns location at least eight times. Every single time the pizza has been prepared to absolute perfection, with the cheese just having a touch of golden brown. This is one franchisee that understands the assignment! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Placed an order for 1 pizza and an order of cheese bread. Did not realize they don’t have their own delivery drivers. My order was confirmed at 5:16 pm and had 5 different etas, and it is currently 6:35pm . Called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being told it was on its way, and when I was trying to get more information, I was hung up on. Will never order from here again.

This place is terrible. I was excited to see a Papa Johns open in Tinley Park and it looked like the reviews weren’t bad from Google. I had a gift card and called to make sure they would take split payment when I got to the store and they said yes. When I arrived it was a total ****show. There were multiple people waiting for their pizzas. Everyone in the back were running around and paying no attention to the pizzas coming out or the people waiting to be helped at the counter. Finally after about 15 minutes another customer called the guy stacking boxes and asked him to check the pizzas that were up. First he ignored her and when she called him again he asked for what name to which she replied “All of us. Why don’t you start calling out names?” And who would have thought once he started calling out names customers started getting their orders and clearing out. When I went to pay I gave the guy the gift card (which was the only reason I went here) and he looked totally puzzled and said they won’t take it- only cash or card. So I said fine I had $10 on another type of card and would pay the rest in cash and he proceeded to tell me they can’t do that. I told him I called and the guy said they do split payment and he said yeah no. And I tried to overlook the fact that the same guy who was handling the pizzas was going back and forth between the register and handling food without gloves or washing his hands. Finally I watched the guy putting the pizzas out holding them sideways before tossing them on the rack. They are incredibly unprepared to handle the amount of orders they are receiving and while the pizza was edible, I would have had better luck at Pizza Hut. First and last time I will go here. I will be shocked if they remain open very long at all. Sad.

I was happy to hear we were getting a Papa John’s in town, and even happier after I tried them out. This Papa John’s is great! The food was delicious, and the staff was amazing. Very polite and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Woah, pizza never came. App said it was delivered. Called the store, they said “it was because glitch driver on way”. We called back 20 minutes later and asked for a refund very nicely because we had tickets to a show, and the store hung up on us. I am very surprised by this whole ordeal

Pizza doesn’t taste like a regular papa john pizza. Almost tasted like a pizza you buy frozen. I love papa john and I was so happy to get it cause we don’t have them to many places where I stay in Lansing Michigan.

The food was horrible, my order was incorrect, the pizza was dry, barely sauce, and the persons working there were not polite. I This was my first visit and last visit . I didn’t even eat a second slice of the pizza.. Even my friends who i was trrating the pizza said the pizza was disgusting. The buy one and the get one free was my order. Zero stars if i could. WASTE OF MONEY
