They fell off..asked the cashier, who MUST HAVE BEEN HIGH, 4x if the rice contained pork..on fourth time. I said NEVER MIND AND WALKED AWAY

remembering how crappy it was last time and chose burrito loco instead. Never had a bad meal there. Always consistent

Very solid option. The empanadas are solid and the mofungo and rice bowls are very good. The Overload is expensive but a great way to try all the meats. My one knock is that my mofungo had a few meats that were not very hot. Overall, I’d recommend the steak, chicken, or pulled pork rice bowls.

Pernil Trifongo was so good! The pernil was so juicy, the mofongo had a mix of maduros & normal mashed plantains. My only critique is that the rice tasted like there was too much tomato paste in it, otherwise very good!

I came her for an event and the food was dry, carne frita was hard and it looked old , beef patty oily, bad taste! Looked like it was re-fry. I went back to return it and she gave me two Alcapurrias de yuca, it didn’t taste like Alcapurrias, it was cold, and hard, it felt dry. I was surprised because the Event was right there! You should make customer happy! Food should always be fresh.

This was the best food location for a variety of ethnic foods, a wide range of choices from Thai Jamaican dominican peruvian and American even desserts available. Mofongos was my favorite. Everything I purchased was delicious. If visiting, be sure to visit Parkview Market you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious food, served quick and hot from very friendly folks. We got the pork with mofongo (double-fried plantains) and a chicken empanada. Everything was great, especially the chimichurri topped roasted pork. Get some, it’s fantastic.

I eat a lot of Puerto rican food including home made. Check my reviews. This is by far the most inauthentic Puerto Rican food I ever had. The seasoning of the rice and pernil was so off. It felt as though it as seasoned by a Caucasian person is a pressure cooker. The beef empanada season was horrible. Would not recommend. Place is disrespectful to the Puerto rican cuisine. Staff was friendly. Portion size was average.

While on a road trip catching up with friends, we decided to have dinner here. I noticed a line in front of this stall at the food hall in Parkville Market. The business also seemed to be doing well with lots of online orders coming through. After contemplating ordering a little bit of everything, I asked the people ahead of me what they recommended and ordered:
-Pernil (Shredded Pork) Mofongo, which is the restaurant’s most popular mofongo made with slow roasted pork and comes with mayo-ketchup and salsa.
My group and I at one of the seating areas on the second level of the space.
I’m not sure if the food was meant to be eaten at room temperature but it was unexpected. It also leaned more bland and dry. Definitely not the best I’ve had but it was around 7:30 PM on a weekday so the business was probably going to either start cleaning up soon or mise en place anything that needed refilling for the night/following day. I’m sure when the food is ready earlier in the day, the flavors and textures would be great.

One of my favorite spots to go to in Parkville Market! Their food is so flavorful and the portions are also great. My go to is the Pernil (Shredded Pork) MofonGo – made with slow roasted pork with chicharrones, mayo-ketchup and salsa.

I also recently tried their Papa Rellenos Bites – mashed potatoes filled with authentic ‘picadillo’ (ground beef). Unfortunately my phone did not eat first for those. I cannot recommend them enough.
