Constantly disappointed by this location. Coffee is always burnt and I have had to get them to remake my order so many times it’s ridiculous. Not to mention that in addition to this, they do not give you the full amount of coffee that you order as my cup is always 3/4 full. Avoid this location if you can.

I usually visit in the evenings but haven’t stopped by for a while. My usual girl Sydney isn’t there anymore which is fine I understand they come and go but now when I come in it’s an unwelcoming environment. I can’t go in later than 7:30 without receiving miserable looks for the other workers.

Despite the reviews on customers receiving incorrect orders I decided to still give it a try. This was my first time at this location. Typically I do not leave reviews. But for a new and very pretty establishment I was disappointed in my incorrect order. I received the opposite breakfast sandwich from what I ordered. The drink was correct and very good. But I really was looking forward to my double smoked bacon egg and cheddar croissant sandwich and I got something completely opposite with Gouda, which I do not eat. I understand wanting to give fast surface but I wish the orders was payed attention to. Unfortunately, I was already out of the parking lot when I realized the sandwich was incorrect and now I’m at work hungry.

I placed a mobile order for a non-dairy cold brew (with soy/oat milk) via mobile order drive thru pickup due to my lactose intolerance. Upon receiving the drink, I noticed the absence of foam but assumed it might be a characteristic of non-dairy alternatives. However, after tasting it at work, it was clear this was not the intended cold foam cold brew, it resembled plain iced coffee with milk.
Unfortunately, my suspicion was correct: the drink was made with regular dairy milk. This mistake had consequences, as I experienced severe lactose intolerance symptoms hours later, a completely avoidable and unpleasant situation.
While I understand occasional errors can happen, this oversight regarding a dietary restriction is concerning. For now, I’ll be avoiding this particular location due to the lack of attention to order accuracy and its impact on my health. I hope Starbucks reinforces training to prevent similar issues for other customers with allergies or intolerances.

Gorgeous new Starbucks that recently opened up, service was awesome and speed in the drive thru was great. It’s a little dark there so it makes it look closed in the morning. I’m not sure if there is a sign light that’s out or something but when it’s dark, the entire building and parking lot were dark. I enjoyed it
