Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Not a single employee acknowledged me when I walked in—not even a “we’ll be right with you.” The cook literally made eye contact with me, then looked away like I wasn’t even there. The store looked completely disorganized and unclean, which doesn’t inspire any confidence in the quality of the food. I truly hope someone from management sees this and at least takes the time to clean up the front of the store. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

Some foods here are good. But the service is terrible of delivery and placing an order on phone. The man who amswers the phone doesn’t get orders right all the time and when I called back to let him know that my order was wrong he have me an attitude and hung up. It takes a hour to get to me in Catonsville when you all are on Liberty Road. Food is sometimes cold and soggy and many things they are out of. I am not complaining im just saying please do better. Thank you.

Everything is somewht over the years improving….I just need them to triple check their bags from now on….Because I’m always either missing something or getting something replaced I did not ask for after stating the availability… And make sure that the drivers are lucid enough to remember if I ask for something especially tobacco products in my delivery…I don’t expected to have to double ask for what I already paid for… Maybe start writing things down and then you’ll get your fives, stars ✨️

Tonight i made a pick up order over the phone. i told the woman who took my order that i would like all flats. (it was a 6 piece wing order). then the call was transferred to a man who reviewed my order. when i picked my order up, it was all “drums”. the chicken was in what seemed to look like little balls. they tasted awful and they were definitely undercooked. then i called the store and the man who answered told me that i would only get a $1 discount on my next order. this place is disgusting and has horrible customer service.

I order 3’wing and fries along with large half and half and it was not delivered they got my money and I called them, and Mike said they would delivery it the next day mine you I paid for delivery and he tries to talk me into ordering me something else so that they could bring it out with another delivery charge I said hell no. Mind you they still have my money. He asked me to call the next day at 10:40 pm to remind him of course they said he was not there. The moral is that they kept my money and I was told they could not deliver my food that I ordered the night before. People was complaining about there food, but I figure the chicken may be a little better, according to my other coworkers their food is horrible. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

They cheated me out of my extra large pizza and gave me a large, and I spoke to a A manager and he told me large and extra large is the same thing. So they took my money and overcharged me pretty much for the price of a regular size pizza. Very horrible . Don’t go here

I placed my order online for pick up and I’m so glad I did that the place is disgusting as soon as I set foot inside the establishment I saw the kitchen door open with two women sitting doing some kind of painting in their hands She looked at me as if she hated people, the second thing that caught my attention was the dirt and mess at the reception and worst of all the disregard with which I was treated by the staff the first one who was at the reception simply ignored my presence I said hi how are you I have a pick up he literally looked me in the face and continued what he was doing without even saying good afternoon or welcome NOTHING the same with the second employee who appeared, someone only came to assist me FIVE minutes after I was in standing being completely ignored and the service was terrible, I have never been treated so poorly in the entire United States, the place was so disgusting that I felt like giving up and leaving but I insisted on taking the packaging and throwing it in the trash for them see.

It’s so bad one time I ordered while I was at work, I called in my order around 10:30am so I can at least get my food buy lunch time around noon and I kept calling and talking to someone and I finally got my food cold at 2pm and then he gave me basically a 15 coupon. Then tonight I order my food through grub hub remind you I haven’t ordered since my experience at work thinking it would be different so I ordered my food at 9:30 pm and it’s now 12:50am and I still haven’t received my food then I called back after they been saying 5 mins and stuff like this for hours and then I got transferred to some and I got hung up on because the person didn’t like tha questions I was asking. Now this seems like a pattern they have with they food deliveries and I will no longer be ordering from them again. They need to be shut down seriously and I don’t know the problem but it’s bad. And I don’t think I ever wrote no review like this however it has to be stopped because they just care about taking our money and that’s all that seems to matter and they think people will continue to order from them regardless so they don’t care but it needs to come to a end.

I ordered through Uber eats woke up this morning 2 o’clock starving what’s open liberty Pizza I’ve never ordered from them before. OK let’s try cheesesteak four wings and fries for 1999+ red velvet cake plus tip total $33 but it was not good. Cheesesteak was Stack with mayonnaise very sloppy. The order did not come with my french fries it’s now an hour and a half later and I’m still waiting for the driver to come back and bring me the french fries and I’m still hungry. The wings were burnt. I will not order from them again.
