I don’t know about the “atmosphere” however back in 2022 they were GREAT!
These days, Not worth it! If you want food that tastes like it was reheated after being freezer burned to start. Pizza dough is undercook. Customer service is crap. Delivery…. is a JOKE.
Being told “The driver is in between Sebec & Dover-Foxcroft on their way back and when they get here your food will be done and on its way” (which is only 15 minutes give or take from Sangerville)..
Fast forward, an hour+ goes by… finally arrives and by then we had started to cook our own food.
NOT even an APOLOGY where this has happened 4+ times now.
Pulling in and out of here is SO DANGEROUS! Its a HAZZARD!
Safe to say I will no longer be ordering from here again!

When they first started we ordered a ton to help them out. Getting delivery in northern maine is non existent. Even tho they charged a huge fee to deliver and never gave a time or anything. We didnt mind much. Yet over the years I guess they must of got a few people more and feel like they can just treat people like trash. We tried to order on new years around 4pm and they said oh its late and we cannot say if we will get the order to you today. They would call me back and let me know. I let them know ill go and get my own food. Your pizza is trash a monkey could make it better. The wings are the worst ive ever had. They were extremly over priced for dumpster food. We just tried supporting small business but they have gotten a bug up there but now so. Goodbye pizza shack we won’t ever look back gl keeping customers with your new attitude.
Ill guarantee yall be out of business within 5 years. Its not the best around at all leave your house once and eat othe food and yah will see there’s 100s of pizza places. Hands down the best pizza in the area. No place even comes close!! The food is always top notch, made with fresh ingredients and you can customize your food pretty much any way you want. The staff is always polite and deliveries are always on time with the food being nice and hot. A must try whenever you are in the area!!!!

Definitely looks like a shack, so it’s aptly named! The folks who helped us were super friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. We were the only people there and the pizza came out quickly. It was rainy, so we waited in our car and they brought it right to us. The option to do a sampler of 4 different kinds of pizza was awesome—never had a pizza place offer that before! All four kinds were delicious, would definitely recommend!!

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE AREA!! If you’re looking for a great pizza, this is it! I’ve been to all the pizza places and Pizza Shack is the best tasting pizza, period! Our family had lunch at the picnic table, on the front porch. We were greeted with wonderful hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond. It really felt like our local pizzeria! Thank-you. We’ll be back!

What kind of pizza shop only open 3 days a week and only makes pizzas can’t imagine you staying in business very long no wonder your other places shut down too this place used to be Shia town Pizza in Dover who knows where else and can you please answer me on why the bottom of the pizza smells like mold don’t know if it’s the dough you’re using or if it’s the boxes you’re putting the pizzas in I thought I was just bugging out until I ordered another Pizza and the same thing happened. You wanted the review here you go so I recommend not going here.
