Waited in line, there were 3 employees behind the counter. Not one of them greeted me/us. Guess we were interrupting their conversation. One employee put bread in the oven and walked to the back with the other employees. Still, not a word to acknowledge us or anything. Not one employee at the counter now. By now, a few other customers had joined the line, waiting to be acknowledged and place their order.
Sorry, you guys are already at work. Most of your customers are there for lunch and are only alotted a certain amount of time to return to work.
In addition, to not acknowledge your presence is very rude and not good for bussiness.
I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. If you are on your lunch break, I would not visit this place unless you have plenty of time to wait.
Didn’t order anything, didn’t have time to wait, not sure they even knew we were there.

Normally have a good experience at this location, but this time the end of the line was slower than usual. I understand that that happens sometimes, but unfortunately the the beginning of the line was quick as usual, which meant my sandwich sat waiting for a while and was cool by the time I got it. I also asked for a white chip macadamia nut cookie but got a lemon cookie (they do look alike!), which was disappointing. Hopefully it was just a one time fluke and it’ll be back to normal next time I go!

Good if you’re in a hurry but try to avoid the lunch hour. It’s always packed then with a line to the door. Fairly good job at getting people through as quickly as they can though.

Quick and easy. Just what you’d want on your lunch break. Can’t beat the fact that it’s right down the street. Even with a line the service is fast and the people are friendly and sharp. A good go-to restaurant for sure.

workers are very slow and unmotivated, cracking jokes behind the counter while there is 20 people in line waiting for food. No regard for good service. Where is the manager?

$6.80 for a tiny salad. They didnt even make it right. You are supposed to put it all in a bowl and chop it up. I just got two slices of cheese slapped on the top of my salad. I suppose washing a salad bowl and the salad chopper was too much to ask for today. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this one. I will go off base.

The food is fine. I would give it 3 stars. But the guy who works the night shift? Can I give negative stars? First, he’s completely unprofessional. Everytime I go in there he wants to tell me about his dishonorable discharge and how the Navy screwed him. Then he keeps bombarding me with questions about my job , which he is 100% unqualified for, because he applied there. It’s like dude, I just want a sandwich, my lunch break is only 30 minutes long! Secondly, he takes FOREVER to make a sandwich. My sandwich consisted of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and thousand island dressing. The only extra I had him put was some salt and pepper. Add in 30 seconds for toasting and it should take all of 2-3 minutes to make. But because he won’t shut his trap it takes him 15 minutes. Now I hate to advocate for someone to lose their job, but for the love of God Subway, please fire this guy and bring back the lady who used to work the evening shift. She’s professional and can make a sandwich in a couple minutes, which is why everyone comes to Subway for in the first place. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich I’d go to California Pastrami or Jersey Mike’s. Or hell even Dion’s. I come here because it’s fast and convenient. Your employee makes it neither.

Not open. No lights. No sub. Not sure if they closed permanently or if they haven’t updated their signs.

The staff was curtisious and the sub I ordered was made exactly how I requested. The app was fairly easy to use, especially given some of the other restaurant’s apps I have used.
