Service was very slow. There was 1 family who was checking out at the register when I arrived. 1 car in the drive through. The car in the drive through got their order the same time I finally got to the register which was 20 minutes later. Plus with my 6 inch BLT I only got 2 pieces of bacon. I asked why I only get 2 pieces and was told that was all they put on the 6 in BLT. All the other Subways I go to I get 4 pieces.

Male Manager hung up on me. Used doordash and had an amazing driver, but both of my sandwiches are uncooked with the bread, was never toasted. Manager tried to argue with me when I offered to bring both of them back to request a remade order or refund. The girl I talked to on the phone as well was nice and the Manager was making her deal with my order because he didn’t want to listen. The bread inside is slimy and disgusting.

So rude, my co worker ordered first they lost his order and lied about didn’t take his order. I clearly heard he ordered. They just straight up lying. What a joke. You work in customer service industry, if you don’t like your job don’t work here, and don’t give your shirt attitude to the customers. Nobody feels sorry for you.

i came at 9:30 to the doors being locked i knocked sensed the sign said 10 and the young lady cleaning just stood there glaring at me. will never be going back that’s for sure definitely not the first time i’ve had a problem with their service

I’m from out of town and stopped by to grab a foot long to go. The young workers seemed professional and courteous. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Not much parking for very long vehicles as this subway sits on the corner of a major street.

Placed an order online, paid, never received an email or confirmation number. Waited an hour, called them, they claim they never received my order. My card was charged the full amount. They claim there is a number “somewhere” I can call to dispute this, but there isn’t any such thing. Never doing business with these people again. A bad joke.

PLEASE READ: Took them 5 minutes or more to finally start taking my order and had to wait another few minutes for the employee to finally check me out. There bacon looked a little funny to me but I figured it was just the lighting but now have food poisoning from there food. I would not recommend getting bacon from them at the very least and don’t go a bit later in the evening bc it will take them a rlly long time just to make a 6 inch and apparently night shift is forgetful bc I was asked twice what sandwich he made for me.
