Horrible experience tonight. I should’ve known the second we walked in — we were waiting for a table and the only reason we finally got one was because the couple at that table walked out. That should’ve been my first sign to leave.
We were seated, ordered, and then waited almost an hour before our food even came. The waitress was more focused on checking customers out than taking care of her own tables. We never got refills, and we were checked on maybe twice the entire time we were there. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. We never got the salads we ordered either.
Yeah… never again. Horrible service and a terrible experience.

I’ve gotten take out every night this past week as my wife is in rehab down the street. Everything has been excellent. Different dinner every night and food, service, and prices have been great!

Awesome chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Mine had chicken and a good amount. Had the breadsticks with it.
Another order for delivery was cheese ravioli in meat sauce. The meat sauce had a hint of sweetness. Although it isn’t my favorite dish at Sam’s, it was still a very good dish. I had mine with breadsticks.

Waited 20 minutes over the time I was told to get my food in the drive thru and then they didn’t even have my order right. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my pizza got cold. Super service, which is disappointing because I love this place.

I ordered food to take to a friend, so I did not eat but they were so nice. I ordered ahead and then when I got there I asked if I could add Garlic Bread and they told me no problem. They even carried the food out for me. Very nice staff.

Place was super busy on Saturday night. Staff was hustling and making sure everyone was taken care of. Our pizza took awhile and the drive thru was constant. Side salad with housemade dressing was tasty and pizza delicious and had leftovers.

The room is simple, paper for table cloths but the food is the true gem. The lasagna and the chicken Parmesan were are go-to entrees. Both very cheesy & saucy and flavorful. There are daily specials during the week. A must try for true Italy flavors. The prices are reasonable and in comparison to other Italian restaurants in the Springfield area it ranks top.
