Walked to this location from marina since we arrived to Venice by boat. Very nice staff and great coffee and food as expected! When hearing I walked and would be walking back with my to go food and beverages they put in a great to go carrier bag! Thanks for the extra effort! My walk back was accident free and food still hot!

Pretty sure she made my drink and forgot the coffee. Also filled it up like halfway not even to the top.my food was cold as well. Bagel bites were hard and cold inside . This location is not good. Go to port charlotte on 41 for the best

The service was the best part of our visit. There was one lady doing everything. Samantha was making the order before us and turned to us and asked if we were ordering food, we said yes and told her what we wanted and see started preparing it before she came to to counter to take our order. We ordered 2 of the chorizo sausage burritos. For drinks we got the frozen coffee with french vanilla, Carmel drizzle on the cup with sweet cold foam. It was better than Starbucks at half the price. She was very polite even though she was very busy with customers orders.

The dark brunette lady (manager I assume because she was wearing a management shirt) was extremely rude for no reason, me and my friend asked for a water which she then said “2 dollars” very flatly with a gross attitude we just drove off because 2 dollars is actually ridiculous for a water and her attitude was unreal.

This morning we went to dd the door, which is locked. I did knock on the door. They did ignore us. We saw a guy sitting there. You didn’t put a sign up for some reason, it was closed. You people are jerks. We never go back there.

Great service. Everyone there was friendlier than your average food service place. Oh how badly I wanted those fresh donuts. We had the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! We will be back to this location. Please add Doordash! I want to deliver this goodness to everyone.

Jody is awesome and hardworking. Her managers had her working all alone when it was very busy and she had no help. Drivethrough was wrapped around the building and the line inside was almost at the door and she still was getting her work done speedy. Her managers need to schedule her with more people next time but she def deserves a raise. Yall had her running around on a busy wednesday morning with costumers excpecting so much. Next time give the gal some help! Drinks i ordered were made perfectly too. Love u Jody.

I LOVE YOU JODIE!!! She was working all alone on a wednesday morning at 7:20!!! which is rush hour too, first of all she shouldn’t be working alone because that’s basically torture but she was definitely doing it and somehow pulling it off which made me want to get behind the counter with her (but i have school) so please put her on with other employees so the queen doesn’t have to run around everywhere !!! other than that she’s amazing and speedy. Help her out fr. or give her a raise idk.

This place is lacking in all areas; customer service, cleanliness, food quality (barely cooked food), and inventory (basically out of donuts by 7:30am). If the actions/ attitude of a business reflect on those managing them, it might be time to clean house. The price gouging at this location is also incredible; other Duncan’s in this area charge almost .70 less per item. Last visit to this location; so over you.
