Now don’t get me wrong all of the staff is very respectful but Everytime me and my sister in law walk in there Megan, Johan, Jesus are always the first to greet ! They always have a smile on their face! They make me and my sister in law feel very well taken care off ! We always go here and will continue to come ! 10/10

The food is hit or miss. The first time it was great and cook long enough. The second time I went the wings texture just seemed like it didn’t sit long enough in the oil to get crispy. It really just had a rubber texture. It wasn’t great.

Tried this for the first time. Wings had great flavor but over cooked. Super cruchy wings. Fries had too much seasoning. No kids options. Drink machine could really be cleaned out. Staff was nice. Probaby and most likely never come back. The bbq pic was the only thing I could get for my daughter and even then, they poured too much bbq sauce for her.

The young girl working the register needs to be moved to cooking or something more useful. Working the front is not it! Waited 40mins for my order just for it to be sitting on the rack the whole time. I asked multiple times about my order and she said it will be ready in a few minutes. When people who came in after me and got there order and left I guess the manager finally stepped up and asked what I was waiting for the girl walked right to the bag and handed it to me! Lucky I was on a time limit otherwise I would’ve made them recook me something fresher. Never going back to this one

Management has clearly created an environment where ignoring customers is normal, cleanliness is optional, and standards do not exist. Employees don’t greet you, don’t communicate, and don’t seem remotely concerned whether your order is right, late, or missing entirely. That level of indifference doesn’t happen by accident — it’s learned behavior from leadership that doesn’t hold anyone accountable.

We came at 11 and she came and told us we couldn’t order. The door was unlocked and open sign on also says on there website they close at 12 just makes me disappointed because I drove 30 minutes maybe update your website because I’m sure this has happened before if it happened to me.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff openly used profanity, derogatory language, and racial comments while customers and children were present. The atmosphere was hostile and unprofessional, and there was zero management presence or accountability. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had and I will not be returning. Avoid this location.

I understand that it would be busy however it took over 30 minutes to complete the order. The order was not correct. The supervisor was not only rude to customers, but was rude to her staff in front of customers as well.
