Great pizza place. Lots of room and fresh salad bar. Pizza was hot and fresh. Sandwiches were good. Staff was very friendly. We had a miss order and the staff took care of it with no problem. Would definitely recommend.

Very rude employees. Asked 1st if I could have a regular pepperoni put out for my 3 year old and 9 year old and the woman was very rude and said no we don’t do regular pepperoni. Then the buffet was empty nearly the whole time I sat nearly an hour and the staff wouldn’t put any pizzas out even when we asked. Hopefully they will get rid of these current employees and find some that are willing to do their jobs and not be rude to customers.

The Pizza Factory was Awesome, we had my daughter’s rehearsal lunch there. The prices were reasonable. They had a spot all set up for us. The food was ready just after we got there. The staff was patient and very accommodating. They were on it!! They helped make an emotional day better by doing everything they said they wood to make the luncheon hassle free. Great place, friendly people, and great pizza!!

Very rude staff and an incompetent manager. Was treated very bad by one staff member on several occasions during the visit. Manager approved her behavior with the excuse they are short staffed and she was having family issues. There was a part of me that wanted to take back the tip I left but didn’t. If short staffed hire more people or have the manager step up and do their job. Regional manager needs to come in and clean house. Overall regret coming back to be treated the way we did. First time i fid ever go it was great. Very friendly staff. Go to dominos cheaper and quicker. This one girl is causing this place to look bad. Watch the reply will be sorry blah blah blah and no action or compensation for the incident. Also prob won’t be in because who knows what they will do to my food next time. Almost didn’t want to eat the food provided with the fear of them tampering with it, but someone else had their side in my party.

We did not have pizza which might have been the mistake. I had boneless wings and they were just frozen grocery store wings. For the money they were terrible. Salads were very basic. Pasta was bland and some of the noodles were still hard. Pizza looked great, should have got that. Service and staff was great. Pretty clean pizza place.

A great pizza place! We stopped by on a Sunday at lunch time and had pizza (perfect pizzas in my opinion with plenty of toppings) and beer (great selection of draft beers). There was plenty of families and quite loud kids in the restaurant but the atmosphere was still good. Will be back!

Cute little pizza place! Me and my boyfriend went on Halloween and all the workers were dressed up and feeling the holiday spirit, it was pretty cool. We went for the lunch buffet, but it just ended. So we were able to get two small pizzas for almost the same price. The pizza was great!! The cheese is my favorite, it’s so mouthwatering!! Also, a good bonus is the really cool arcade it has! $10 goes a looooong way for two people. Great place, nice people, quiet and cozy. Definitely going to be my place I go for great pizza.

The pizza is so good here and it’s the cleanest restaurant they really have a lot of pride that shows through. The owners are great and always trying to have fun events. There is an arcade in the back for the kids to go play. It’s easily visible from your table so you can enjoy pizza and watch the kids.
