I’m sure this was an off day, being daylight savings time and we are all tired. I stopped to get an iced earl grey with cold foam and was given a cup of ice water with a bag of tea topped with foam. Half an hour later and it was still just milky sugar water. I think this is just the case of someone not knowing how to make iced tea but it sure was a waste of money.

In the past 7 months this location has gone downhill, all the new employees seem to not know what they are doing, no one is ever texting down the lines. The reason the lines are so long is not because they are busy, it’s because the people have been stuck in them for 30+ minutes. I used to come and be out in 3-5 minutes max with long lines now there’s 4 people in line and I know I will have to wait atleast 20 min. The employees also do not know how much flavor each drink gets anymore, everytime I come the drink is different they are not consistent at all. Couple months ago everyday I came my drink would come out the same I’m done with this location.

This place was excellent, when they first opened. Now it seems unorganized, sloppy,rushed coffees and just amok. I noticed day shift makes a better tasting coffees as opposed to night shift. Night shift seems like they were more concerned with socializing with their friends and each other, rather than serving customers. Im not sure what there protocol is for ordering but seems to me,the people going up to the cars taking orders should go up to ALL the cars and NOT skip over any. I was skipped over and they tried to give me someone else’s order…smdh! Then got my order wrong. Forget calling a manager or customer service. They have an AZ # And no one answers. They probably owe me about 4 coffees for messing up my order(s) or it just not tasting good. Used to be my favorite coffee place. I think I’ll go back to my local mom & pop place from now on.

Love this 7 Brew! The vibes are always great and the staff is super friendly. it has very fast and efficient workers. Especially Rylie, she’s an amazing worker and always brings good energy. You can tell she really cares and works hard. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

I usually have great service at any other 7brew but when it comes to this one specifically there’s always an issue. Today I waited in line for nearly 45 minutes while watching the other line move at a consistent speed but I couldn’t get out of line due to the way the drive through is. Finally got up to have my order taken and the girl seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Repeated my order back to me twice. Still managed to mess up one of the drinks. It wouldn’t really have mattered but I waited so long just to have a simple drink messed up. Try the one in Parma Heights, faster, more consistent, and better customer service.
