I ordered a meal for delivery which was picked up by Door Dash or GrubHub and then canceled; leaving me without a lunch. The text I got regarding a cancellation directed me to call the store for a refund. The person who helped me was very kind and helpful. When I explained what communication I received and asked why my order was cancelled, they shared the full story of how this would have happened, when the order was transferred from one delivery service to another, and offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for replacement and they made sure my order was picked up at the earliest available time, and wrote a short “have a nice day” on my meal, and put a side of tortilla chips in as well with a note “on us”. I was grateful for the replacement meal, but the extra touch of the store staff member to write a positive note to me, spelling my preferred name correctly and everything, was very kind and great service from the store.

Nasty food and bad service. I very, very rarely ask for refunds. My wife was told there would be a wait on her order (no big deal), I go to eat mine and find the jalapenos slimy and with a sweet taste. She gets her order and there’s a sticker in plain sight on her food. I ask for a refund and that we would just go elsewhere. The manager initially only wanted to refund hers, after arguing refunded mine as well, but didn’t want to refund the chips. I asked what I was going to do with just chips, and got those refunded as well. I’m not seven years old, I do not want chips for dinner. He did not refund the drinks and only refunded the rest after a back and forth. So I got a partial refund ultimately. We normally enjoy Qdoba, but I would definitely avoid this one, especially with all the other nearby options.

This is one of the best Qdobas around. Ordered a chicken taco salad and chicken nachos and a couple of orders of chips and queso. Everything was super tasty. Service was quick even considering that half of a girls soccer team was in front of me! Staff was quick, efficient and friendly

As a chef myself, I decided to stop by this place with my friend, who is a manager. We were both hungry and thought a rice bowl would be a safe choice. To our disappointment, the portions were far from what you’d expect. There was almost no chicken in the bowl, and the serving overall felt very poor.
When customers are paying full price, they deserve a proper portion—not tiny scoops that barely cover the rice. It left me with the impression that quality and fairness were not a priority here. On top of that, the beans lacked the flavor I’ve experienced in many other places, including Boston.
Honestly, it was a letdown. I hope the restaurant works on improving both their serving sizes and their taste.

Edit: 3 years later and the service has declined tremendously. Whats the point of ordering 30 minutes ahead in the app if the food hasn’t begun being made until you arrive???? The location in the Noblesville Mall is much better so I’ll just continue going to that one.

I come here often, but this time was different there was another guy who seemed to be a bigger boss. He was really rude saying things like “can you afford to eat that much.” And ” maybe eat less” to me and seemed to be ride to the works

I don’t know what’s going on with these Mexican stores? Hire trained people who can work quickly for 40 minutes to give me a burrito. It doesn’t serve the worst, they are too slow and they already have the food ready!

I ordered 2 of the item and neither was cooked enough to even be worth it. I was the only person in the restaurant and my food wasn’t close to cooked enough.
