What a hidden gem! I only found this because the restaurant I normally visit in Monte Vista was temporarily closed. The first night here I ordered the Bison Sliders that featured bacon jam. So good that I went back the next night and had an incredible flatbread. Sat at the bar and got great service from TJ and another bartender whose name I didn’t catch. Had a delicious red blend wine, too, that went perfectly with both meals. Highly recommend!

We came here for the 1st time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staff was very friendly and on top of serving us. Food was delicious. We tried their stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon for our appetizer. My husband had their Bison sliders with Pivot Fries. I tried their Filet Medallions. Everything was delicious and cooked to our preferences. We will definitely be back!

We had been waiting for this place to open up. Our first visit exceeded expectations. Definitely found a new spot that we will visit often. Dining out in the valley can be a challenge with varied hours and working around the seasonal influx of visitors from all over that can overwhelm popular places in Del Norte and South Fork.
We ordered a round of cocktails with dinner and split the tuna appetizer and got separate dishes for our main meal. The burrata salad and firecracker shrimp were enough for my wife. I had the French onion sliders. Delicious food and excellent service. A welcome addition to the valley.

I was in town for one evening and asked the hotel staff if there was a watering hole within walking distance. One of the staff mentioned The Pivot Public House. A short walk later I walked into a very nice looking establishment. I was greeted by the staff and before I knew it I was sipping on a well made beverage. The bartender made a few food recommendations and I settled on the sliders and fries. I sat and talked to some local people and was able to carry on a conversation even though there was music playing at a respectable level with great quality sound. My food came out and I ordered a second drink. The food was amazing, my second drink was made by a
different bartender but was exactly the same. This experience was really a treat after driving all day. The staff was friendly professional and the food was delicious. Highly recommend stopping in and enjoying some food and drinks.

I cannot rave enough about this place. I don’t know where to even start. We happened to be driving through town after picking up our new travel trailer and were in need of a beer or two. GoogleMaps directed us here and we are so glad it did. The owners are amazing. The vibe and atmosphere are the epitome of what one would hope for from a public house. Food is top quality. Beer prices are very reasonable. Great selection of cocktails also. We’re already planning a trip in the area with our new RV so we can return.

Blown away that we are lucky enough to have this gem in our little town. The hospitality, the mouth-watering food, the gorgeous and cozy atmosphere… it’s all top notch. Plates are small, however what they lack in size they make up for in flavor and quality.

We dined in the bar area at The Pivot. The atmosphere in the bar area was warm and private. The bartender explain the drinks to a T and was fun and engaging. Our food was delicious. Danielle and Justin have created a “Cheers” environment! This is the local watering hole the Valley has needed. Food is amazing and they have every type of drink you’d want from local brews, cocktails and wine. Even NA beer options. I heard they even had sushi every Wednesday last month! Come often, bring friends . Also the sausage croquets are ah-mazing.
