This specific location is a joke especially at night! Every time I come in the restroom is always locked because the manager can’t find the key reminder this should be a health validation poor employees don’t even have a restroom in this location used to be my favorite since manager changed this store has not been the same I try to come in the morning more since the night shift is a joke and give out hard old pizzas and when I ask to speak to the manager she couldn’t even give me a proper reason to why the restroom is always locked and pizza is hard she didn’t even offer me a new one and suggest I go somewhere else if I have. A problem. I can’t even get a soda for the last month they had no soda in the cooler this is absolutely ridiculous do better management morning shift is doing really good and I feel sorry for the workers you have

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Undercooked my crazy bread and used the wrong toppings.
Additionally after entering and lingering by the counter after ordering online, it took around 5-10mins to even be acknowledged. When acknowledged a young black woman asked me if I had ordered and then said “okay” before going in the back. It took another 5 minutes before another employee pulled my food from the warmer, where it had been the whole time.

My door dash driver delivered my pizzas in a vertical bag. All the cheese slid off. Little Ceasars not only gave me the number to contact door dash, but remade my pizzas. Excellent customer service and the pizzas were really good, too.

This is the worst Little Caesars around they never have the cheese pizza nor do they have the cheese crazy puffs so I keep walking out eventually I’m not going to go back and try again because I’m not going to wait 30 minutes for them to make these items that are supposed to be hot and ready pretty crappy offer when you never stuck what the people want

Ordered the Fanceroni pizza from the Palmetto store. I did add mushrooms to make sure I got a fresh cooked pizza. We decided to bring the pizza back and asked why there was like only 15 Pepperoni slices. Lol We were looking forward to the CRISPY Pepperoni that they advertised. So they explained if you add another item, you can’t put as much Pepproni.
That makes sense. The manager asked to see the first pizza and said we’ll make another one for you no problem.

Horrible. Terrible service. They try to avoid selling the 5 dollar hot and ready. Tell me every time it is no longer on the hot and ready menu. .. But it’s on the menu above staff heads. Tired of being scammed. Will never come back to this location. I took a picture to prove they are lying and trying to upsell. I got a huge family to feed. Kids will be fine eating a 5 dollar pizza. Hate liars and thieves. Please go to a better location. I have called the corporate office.
