Best panera ive been to. I work right next door and i get it often, so do my co workers. The app is awesome. And the oick up here is usually quick. They do it busy during peak lunch hours(thats expected, especially from a good place) thr pastry display is always full and they have the new self prder kiosks inside. Its a great place. I like it alot. 5 stars for sure. the new fall flavor stuff is friggen awesome too btw.

Came in and ordered the French Dipper, which a half comes with a 4oz cup of dip and ordering the whole sandwich only comes with the 4oz too.
Obviously it’s not enough..
When asking for extra dip, which would’ve came with the order if I ordered the sandwich in halves, I was told it would cost me $7 to get that other cup of dip!

Asked to speak with the Manager and he came out and basically said, there’s nothing we can do, and started talking about their policies….and then Literally said: “Deal with it!” And walked away!!!
All I can say is WoW!!!
I’m actually still sitting in here but I’m sure I’ll Never come back here again!
Have No clue what has happened to customer service these days!!
But if you’re expecting Normal Customer Service and/or courtesy..
This ain’t the place!!!

FASTER TO WALK INSIDE!!
Don’t ever go through this drive through = Awful!!
If someone in front of you orders a large order you’ll be waiting 15 minutes until they clear the lane. Management needs to teach their staff to have the bigger orders pull ahead and park on the side so the drink and bakery drive through orders get priority over the others. Efficiency over Laziness of your staff not walking the orders out to curbside.
Please correct this tremendous error in process and I’ll come back as a loyal customer..until then enjoy waiting 5+minutes for your drive through drink.

Dreadful restaurant. Avoid this location. 50% of the drive-thru orders are missing items. Delivery service provided by their chosen companies doesn’t answer their phones, resulting in incorrect or partial order deliveries. The manager is rude, doesn’t seem to know how to treat customers, and doesn’t care about quality or accuracy. Take your business elsewhere.

I had the harvest salad and the autumn squash soup. Both were good although the autumn squash was a little too sweet. I didn’t need a bowl a cup would’ve done just as good.

I can only rate the salad I had today because I have not visited this location in a while. I ordered a half.size Ceasar salad with chicken. The quality of this salad was bad. The reason is because the lettuce was starting to get stale. Their Ceasar salad, in general, is not a good buy. You’re better off buying the other salads. The thing that gets me is the price of the salad. I think it’s corporate greed to charge more than 6.00 for a salad when three quarters of the salad is bad. Next time, I will add photos as proof.

Last time I visited this location it was not up to standards (extremely small portions for full priced food). It seems they have turned things around and I had a great experience this time. I hope it continues to be this way.

Food quality has been very poor and accuracy has gone out the window. More than 50% of the time my order is wrong or missing ingredients. One sandwich I modified I changed the bread, added onions and mayo but not one customization was done. They just gave it to me the way it comes. I get salads with chicken but then there’s no chicken on it. The salad I ordered today didn’t have bacon which comes with it. Sometimes the easiest mess ups that I can get over is an incorrect side. I once got an apple that was rotting on the side.
My advice if you order from here is check your order. I mean open your sandwich and make sure everything is on there. Salads make sure you got your chicken and dressing. Really dig before you leave because there’s a high chance it’s not right. You’ll end up with a $13 salad that’s just lettuce tomato and ranch.
Update. I think at this point it’s deliberate. Since my review 100% of my orders have been messed up. Fuji salad with chicken? No chicken and no apples slices. Yesterday 3 pack of macarons. Modified to not get any chocolate ones. All 3 were chocolate. This morning I wanted a bagel sliced but I knew if I chose sliced they would slice and toast. So I left it plain. Just whole unsliced untoasted so I could have it tomorrow for breakfast. Sure enough they sliced and toasted it. This sandwich had one THICK piece of bread and then a normal slice on the other side. They put that together and thought yeah that’s good quality sandwich right there. It was weird to eat.
I’ve talked to 2 different managers and nothing changes. There’s no way you get every single order incorrect so at this point, I’m feeling targeted. Only reason I’m still coming here is i have a gift card. Once that’s gone I’ll never ever come back to this location.

Today my wife and I visited Panera. We frequently eat here. The food is normally good. The food was good today also. But I was met with an unkind and unpleasant disposition from the staff that took our order. I love Panera but I do not like the experience we had today. As I got to the window I told the staff Sacorya I wasn’t done ordering. She casually rubbed it off asking what did I want. I’m use to a certain caliber of service here but today I did not get it!
