Spent $52 on a 16 piece chicken tender family meal.The chicken tenders were cold rubbery.and the biscuits were soaked in grease and definitely were not baked. They Told me their chicken tenders are never crunchy.They use the original seasoning on them. I’ve gotten chicken tenders from there before and they were crispy but not these. I called, and they told me to bring the food back and they’d give me fresh food.But at that point I just wanted to refund , and they refused.

The cashier was very polite. Food came out quick. The tacobell items tasted good, but the lettuce on my taco was very wet. The KFC items tasted a little like old grease.

I’ve had several poor experiences at this particular location. The cashiers are always rude, the chicken is always way too greasy. The food is never fresh but I digress. The most recent experience has fixed me for good. I’ll never give these people another hard earned penny. When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady initially asked for my order. As I’m providing my order she begins rushing me, to the point I forget to order a drink for myself. When I pulled up to the window and asked if I could add a drink, she very snidely responded with we don’t add at the window… I’m sorry but what business model is this where someone wants to spend more money at your establishment and your answer is “no”. So you’re rude to me for absolutely no reason and then the kicker is you make me park to wait on not fresh nor correct food???? What on earth. To everyone out there saying then don’t go to this establishment. You’re absolutely correct I will never go back to this restaurant and then I will always make it a point to tell others to not go to this restaurant. Maybe it won’t make a difference but I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere and try to convince others to spare their money and time.

They skimp on the food here. I have never seen such small portions from any other Taco Bell, ever. The management is not competent either. When making valid complaints they are always right and not the customer.

The chicken we got was old. Didn’t even give us extra crispy like we ordered. Then said they didn’t have any. The corn was dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Crew lead got an attitude because we asked them to remake the food. Still didn’t get extra crispy.

I give this restaurant 0 stars! On 8/21/24 at 9:20 pm, not one customer in the restaurant and only me and my grandson in the drive thru. We ordered supreme tacos. They were not. I honked my horn to get the lady’s attention. She slammed open the glass door and said, “Is there a problem?” I told her our order was not correct. She started yelling and cursing at me. I asked to speak to the manager. We sat there for 5 minutes before anyone came back to the window. She came back with 2 tacos. One soft and one hard. They both were smashed. I’m like, are you serious! She continued to curse, scream, and yell in front of my grandson. As I was driving off, she ran out of the restaurant, still screaming and cursing. Needless to say, we did not eat the food. She probably spit on it. This was the most disrespectful service I have ever encountered. I did take pictures of the food and started video tapping her. I called the manager the next day. 3 days in and yet to hear back from anyone. I want a complete refund and will never visit this restaurant again. This was appalling behavior, not to mention in front of a child. Not to mention, the manager refused to give me the owner’s and upper management name or phone number. This Toco Bell is horrible!

We made a stop at this Taco Bell KFC because my son-in-law wanted the chicken tenders. The person at the window was very rude did not ask whether we wanted a different side than what he ordered he did order a chicken tender the five count four or five count whatever it was and he got four plus one teeny tiny one and he wanted french fries and got mashed potatoes. The only thing I can say good is that my potato wedges were good which I shared with him.

6/28/2025 ordered a 12 pk taco supreme. These tacos had the least amount of ingredients I have ever seen. They had a small amount of beef, lettuce and cheese. Absent was the sour cream and tomato.

Not a terrible place. Some days service is better than others. The food has been pretty decent and orders not messed up, but last time some items tasted spoiled or stale.
