Run to this food truck!!! The pizza birria was the perfect blend of rich, savory, slow cooked meat, cheese, and tortillas. The consomme complimented it perfectly, and there is a very generous portion to indulge with! Not to mention the green sauce- YUM! The tacos were also delicious (asada, cabeza, and carnitas), with good size portions and topped with fresh onions and cilantro. I will definitely be back!

Went for Christmas tree hunting and stumbled upon this El Chilaquil food truck. They park their truck on the corner of gas station so it doesn’t look much but dont get discouraged by their location!
We had the sopes with spicy porks and you need to taste all the goodness in it! The fried beans, the spicy pork, cheese, and lettuce toppings were amazing!
Their chicken tacos, pork tacos, and steak tacos were a big hit for our kids! We put the green chili sauce and salsa on our tacos, man they hit the spot!
My oldest ordered the cheese quesadilla which was okay, I guess we are not big on Mexican cheese on our quesadilla but hey it came with amazing fries!

I would love to write a review about how all of their food is delicious, but to be honest with you I got the pizza birria the first time I went and it’s still all I ever order. Absolutely delicious. The “small” will feed 2-3 people depending on hunger levels.

Man O Man. I ordered that Birra Pizza, and all I got to say is that I am going to go back!!! The seasoned beef, the cheese and the consume were on point. They have a small and a large. I went all in and ordered the large. Would definitely recommend it. Also, their horchata drinks are made right. It’s not other restaurants that skimp by getting the instant mix. This place serves the real deal.
