Take the all day dining option. You basically pay $20 for food as it includes unlimited beverage.

I waited for a whole hour for the two burgers I ordered. In 10 minutes I repeatedly asked where my food was, and I was constantly told to wait. I was standing right at the counter, in full view of all the staff. The first burger was brought to me after half an hour of waiting. I asked where the second one was, and I was told to wait again. Another half hour passed, and the employee who took my order asked me why I was still standing there, i was shocked, the same employee told me to wait for second burger, then he just gave me different burger with bacon, i ordered cheeseburger cause i don’t eat bacon, but no one cares about u there, by the way burger was worst thing i’ve ever eaten

Great food, great experience. There were shady places to sit, and our food came super fast. Joanne the cashier was very welcoming and helpful, she answered all our questions about the menu! Would recommend the bbq bacon burger.

Avoid ordering through the mobile app with Katy’s Kettle. They do not update or check the statuses. If you do, you have to go to the pickup line and ask– that is if there’s even anyone attending the pickupline.
I decided to just go to the pickup line after waiting 45 minutes with the status stuck on “Preparing Your Meal”. Waiting in the pickup line took another 30 minutes, there was only 2 people in front of me too. No one was helping us at this side nor checking mobile orders. They just focused on the people in line.
What is the point of the mobile order app then?!?!

Wait didn’t look long, but the line barely moved, everything was overpriced, and I should be glad that we didn’t get food here, but instead we got a drink that you can refill in a souvenir cup.

The cashier staff have no sense of urgency here, we waited a line over an hour and we hadn’t even ordered. (There wasn’t even 20 people ahead of us!!!) Is the manager even managing? This place has horrific customer service. Also the staff don’t smile. Literally have never been more disappointed at a theme park ever. This place is a joke

i liked it here! ordering ahead made the food come out easy and fast. i got chicken strips with sweet and sour sauce on it and it was yum. a bit expensive, i spent $27 for fries, chicken strips, and a drink.
