Food was good and freshly prepared. I ordered Veg Mandu and Half chicken. The chicken was juicy and crispy as I was expecting it to be so no complaints on food. They do take time to prepare food and I think it’s because they cook it once the order is placed. Would recommend this place for good fried chicken and be ready to wait for a while, waiting time can be crazy.

Foods are ok, but this lady is crazy, she is very grumpy and tried to rush u when u are ordering and don’t know what sides they have or what kind and she yelled at you if u tried to ask her what they have etc. u won’t feel welcomed or owe her something. To have good quality chicken like this I can go to Seoul garden or Seoul grill, the price is just the same but the service will be much better. Also waiting time in this place is 35 mins

It took exactly 46 minutes to get my chicken after ordering. The cooking speed was extremely slow and made the experience unpleasant. This should be clearly communicated to customers at the time of ordering.

I don’t know why people are rating this place so low. The food is amazing. Yes, the wait times are long but it’s because everything is made to order. Order online! No, the staff aren’t great but honestly, are you there for service or to shop and for delicious food?! It’s a bloody food court!

They took our order and then went to break so we waited around 30 minutes. Then they got back and started serving order numbers at random, people who just got there were getting their food before us. But the worst thing they did was give me and my friend food poisoning from this chicken! It is not worth the risk!

It’s just ok- disappointing. I wouldn’t get the fried chicken again– after all the hype I’ve heard about Korean fried chicken, this was a letdown, as KFC & Popeyes taste better. I went there a little after 4pm on a weekday, when there weren’t any other customers, yet still had to wait 25 minutes & go back to inquire before I got my order. Maybe one day, I’ll try the tenders with a sauce, but the Love Bao Taiwanese place next to them has amazing chicken filet platters. A friend had also said this place was just ok, nothing to get excited about.

The first time I was in H Mart I tried this place. Had zero expectations as I’ve never had Korean fried chicken before. The wait was worth it. The two sauces I picked were delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly. So juicy so crunchy. Love, love, love it!

The owners are super nice and once you become a regular, they treat you really well.

i always get the boneless chicken when i come visit this area. It is always super good, crunchy, and consistent. The only issue I can see is that it can be a little expensive but I think that it is worth it. There is also usually about a 20 min wait time, but the chicken is always fresh so I don’t have a problem with that. The rice is a bit mid though
