Food was good. Price was good. Customer service left a lot to be desired. There was a bug in my food, I showed it to the woman working there, and she gaslighted me saying it was broccoli. It was CLEARLY a caterpillar of some sort, and I was offered a credit, but overall felt villainized by the woman working there. Even to the end, after her boss and I spoke, she still said “in my opinion, it’s just broccoli”. She had me write my name on a receipt and I stood there waiting for directions on what she was gonna do with it, and all she said to me was “okay, go”. Will not be going back to claim the credit because of that experience. Sometimes you just have to accept that things happen and there are bugs in food, but that doesn’t mean you gaslight your customers.

Seems like it’s primarily a takeout joint, but there’s an option to get things for dine-in. That being said, the actual restaurant is rather small, with no public bathroom. There are maybe 5 tables total, all cramped together. The place seemed a little dirty, with both the floor and the tables being sticky. The food itself was the best part of the experience. I ordered a couple different things, just to try them – the beef noodle soup, curry beef stew rice bowl, Taiwan popcorn chicken, and matcha milk tea. The milk tea was good, and it was exactly what I wanted out of a bubble tea. The Taiwan popcorn chicken was a great shareable appetizer. The curry beef stew rice bowl was a bit bland in flavor, but everything tasted good overall. The beef noodle soup was great all around, however, I do wish the noodles were a bit tougher. It really felt like the noodles melted as soon as I tasted them. Overall, a decent experience. From what I gather, this really is the only place serving “authentic” Taiwanese food in Cleveland!
***Pics – I put the takeout dishes into bowls for better presentation.

We popped in here for a quick lunch and it was so delicious! I’m gluten-free and they were very accommodating to make sure my soup had no gluten in it. Highly recommend for a quick delicious meal!

Amazed by the huge quantity that is provided with every menu tem here. That’s how it should be everywhere. Flavors could use some improvement but I’m really pleased to see good portions of both meat & rice. Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable bite. Not a huge fan of the flavors. They’re a bit bland or too salty. But really can’t complain much just because of the insanely cheap prices. Great option for students.

Food was okay, got multiple dishes that still came out in a reasonable time, but 3-Cup Chicken was presented to me like a stir fry with a bunch of vegetables which made no sense.
Asking and waiting for a box to grab leftovers felt like I was somehow inconveniencing the person behind the counter.

Very unprofessional. I ordered the Braised Pork rice with added sausage, but they completely forgot the sausage. I tried to call them, but no one answered—just voicemail. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a frustrating experience here. On a previous visit, I asked for both chopsticks and a spoon (for takeout), and they refused, saying I could only choose one utensil. That was already unreasonable, so I had stopped coming. After some time, I decided to give them another chance today, but once again I was disappointed. The food isn’t done properly, and the service is careless. This place has really gone downhill. Food quality and service are both very poor. Definitely not coming back.

It clearly says they close at 930pm so I ordered on their website for pick up at 845. Get there at 915 to pick my food and the lady says they are closed. No food is ready. Says there was no order placed. I shower her my order with the time stamp. She tells me she’s tired. I tell her to give me a refund it’s not a big deal. She refuses. Pulls food out the fridge and microwaves it. Gives it to me, and tells me she needs rest. Place sucks. Customer service sucks. Food definitely sucks. Do not recommend.

Totally not like Taiwanese food. I wouldn’t recommend the cold noodles or beef noodles.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was far from authentic and lacked the rich, distinctive flavors typical of Taiwanese cuisine. The boba tea was especially underwhelming—the tapioca pearls were mushy and bland, which really took away from the overall experience. That said, it might be a decent cultural introduction if you’ve never tried Taiwanese food before. But if you’re looking for something truly authentic, this place is definitely a miss.
