I spent the evening of the College Football Playoff National Championship at the Come Back with a group of 7 friends from IU, and the place, staff and clientele couldn’t have been more perfect. Miguel and Rafa were ideal hosts, passing out shots on the house for yards rushed and touchdowns made, and sporting the IU gear we brought along like true fans. The tacos, burgers, fries and beer selection were all great and saw us through a nervewracking game to an historic Hoosier win! I know it’s a UT bar, but I think IU might get a mention too after that amazing night! Thank you!!

Stopped into the Come Back looking to watch the World Series.
The place, while small, is big on community and TVs to watch a wide range of sports.
Met a lot of expats and made friends
The wings are great. The chef Azazet, is a musician who does magic tricks and is a meastro cool and presents a dish of fabulous wings.
So I returned the next day for football and ran into a few people I met the night before.
Definitely will return here on my return trip to San Miguel
The owners Rafael and Miguel are friendly and amazing hosts.

Really small place with large T. V’s for viewing various sports events. The place is really tight and has good Bar Food. we ordered the chicken wings, fries, and steak tacos. All the food was seasoned correctly. Unfortunately, they ran out of hamburgers, but the rest of the food was good.
Good variety of beers and whisky, with top shelf items available.

What a great place to catch sports action from all over the world. You’re greeted with a gratis margarita taster that is delicious. 100” main TV for featured games. Food menu has wings and burgers that hit the spot. Free shots when’s there’s a comeback. Great concept.

An absolute experience of a bar in the middle of beautiful SMA. Super affordable beers, drinks with clever names based on athletes, TV’s for days to watch any game on. Super cool idea as well! They give free shots to everyone if there is a ‘comeback’ that occurs. Staff and owner are super down to earth and friendly. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back next time I’m in SMA.

I was down in SMdA for a wedding recently and we found this AWESOME spot by luck.
We had a small group trying to watch a college football game at 10a local time. No problem. They welcomed us in and were super accommodating, putting various games on whichever tv was most comfortable for us based on where we were sitting. I was in heaven because I also wanted to watch an EPL match. No problem. Miguel hooked it up.
We had some great Bloody Mary’s and watched as the place began to fill up. The owners Miguel and Rodrigo (I think?) were super nice. Their kitchen didn’t open until 1230p but they offered to arrange food to be delivered from across the street. We had a great experience because of the quality of the place and the people working there. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
It’s not big, but that’s part of its charm and it tends to encourage meeting new people sitting next to you. Very nice, lots of TVs and a great sound system… and the bathroom was also very clean.
I highly recommend The Comeback!

If you want to watch the big game or any game for that matter, this is the spot. We went for a NfL game and they have so many TVs, you didn’t have to worry about your game being on. The owner is a great guy and the staff is super nice. We enjoyed our drinks and food. Highly recommend!

The Come Back Bar is hands-down the best place in San Miguel de Allende to catch live sports. With a ton of TVs and a staff happy to put on whatever game you’re looking for, it’s a true sports fan’s haven. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is incredibly friendly, and prices are very reasonable.
We were in town during Wimbledon and watched the men’s final on the big screen—an awesome experience. We returned later that same day to watch some baseball, and the staff not only remembered us but greeted us by name. That kind of hospitality makes you feel right at home.
