Great Customer Service. When I pulled up to the drive through. The young lady was so nice. I had my daughters with me. And she gave us all the time we needed to order our food. We ordered the 4 finger plate (lemon pepper) then we ordered another 4 finger plate (regular) then I ordered some loaded fries. The food was so good. I also love the fact that they accept Military Discount. The price wasn’t bad.

This location is very fast and friendly. The greet you immediately with a “Hey, Welcome to Zaxby’s!” I always feel welcome to be there. The staff is the friendly amongst any other competitor. You can tell they respect the manager because they work very hard for him. Big Zaxby’s fan!

The young lady that took our order was impatient. She kept asking us “is that all?” We didn’t order a lot so I’m not sure why she was rushing us. Once we got back to the room & open the container we were high disappointed the the food.

Second time for me to eat at a Zaxbys, First Time for the one here. Still need some work on getting the food out. Was in line for 30 + minutes. Hopefully it will be better next time. Food was cold by time I got home.

Extremely disappointed with the extra sauce portions. EVERY other Zaxby’s fills the cups here you barely get a dribble in the bottom. Seriously? We asked for dine in and they packed us up for carry out.
