This is a nice Thai restaurant with many food options to choose from. The seating area is comfortable and well arranged. The staff are very friendly, and the service is good. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely come back again.

The staff are so rude and lack proper communication skills. The staff was literally shouting on me and my mum last night, I requested to speak to the manager and was denied access to the manager by the lady at the front desk. I eventually left in annoyance and I overheard one of the staff muttering I should get out and he won’t be serving me.
I am adding more to this review to respond to the response that was received from the previous one, because I can see that not only that the staff are very rude, they’re also pathetic liars and the management is twice as worse. I have never attended the restaurant as a group of 3, nor have I ordered a set menu intended for two people while dining in a group of three or requested for additional top ups from the staff without placing or paying for an extra order! I always attend with my partner and we usually order the set menu A for 2 and go home with our leftover sauces. The day we requested to buy more rice to eat with the remaining sauces, one of the staff member (a young plus size guy) informed us that you can refill the rice as many times to eat whenever you order the set menus which was a total surprise to us as this has never been mentioned before. Are any of your customers aware of this? The only day I ever attended the restaurant with other people, we were a group of 5 and we ordered the set menu A for 5 of us, and fully paid for the 5 people (receipt available). On that day, the issue started with the staff (tall guy) bringing a wrong food (Thai curry x2) and we didn’t request for that, we only requested for the (stir fried beef sauces x2) to be swapped around with the pork sauce as we do not eat pork!! The staff acknowledged the error and out of our good hearts, we decided to just have what was served like that. We requested for more rice to finish with the sauces and got that. When we were done, we requested some takeaway packs to pack the leftover curries as there was no way we could have finished them. Then this same staff came and started ranting about the leftovers we were taking out. A genuine question I would like to ask you is, as you have mentioned you’re not a buffet service, which is obvious, am I not entitled to take home my leftovers from a meal that I fully paid for?
The last encounter I had which made to drop a review, I was meant to have dinner there with my mum and partner which should have been my first time dining as a group of 3. I arrived there with my mum first as my partner was still at work. I was going to go for the usual set menu A to order for the 3 of us and asked the staff if it’s possible to just serve me and my mum first and serve my partner when he arrives, so the foods don’t get cold before he arrives. The staff said it was impossible that the meals have to come together as a set and I agreed and asked to just do the set menu A for me and my mum only, stating categorically that my partner would order his meal separately when he arrives. Few minutes later, the same staff from the previous encounter just came to us and started shouting on top of his voice that we would not be allowed to request for more rice when we get the menu set and continuously mentioned they’re not a buffet service!!!!, I was so confused as I didn’t understand why he kept saying that, I only placed an order respectfully and you’re coming at me. I felt offended and walked up to the lady at the front desk to speak to the manager, however, which was denied, and there was no attempt from her to deescalate the situation.
For management to now double down, accuse me publicly, and compare customers to people seeking “charity” is disgraceful. That response shows exactly why this restaurant has a problem: poor communication, poor training, and worse management.
Your staff need proper English communication skills, basic customer-service training, and de-escalation skills. Customers should also be clearly told that service charge is optional, failing to do so is misleading.
The way I was treated was unacceptable, and your response only confirms it.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We hadn’t even placed our order yet, and the female staff member was already extremely rude and impatient. The attitude was dismissive and disrespectful from the very beginning.

It completely ruined the experience before it even started. If there were a 0-star option, I would give it without hesitation. I would strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here.

The main meal was tasty, good flavour. The fishcakes are spongy but good flavour. We were the first in at opening time. The initial greeting was not warm or welcoming. I asked for my dish to be spicy and was told to order something else. I stuck with my choice. The service staff changed after a little while and it was much better with the second person, warm and gracious. Enjoyed our food.

This review is our opinion. We had a meal here at 7pm on Friday night in January. There was two of us and the restaurant became busy around 7.30 onwards. This is a large open restaurant typical of the type you would see in this kind of setting with many chain restaurants nearby. We went for a set menu for 2 , menu b, plenty of food which felt freshly cooked, nice starter selection, and a nice mains selection with a soup also included. We were full by the end and really enjoyed the busy atmosphere and delicious food. We are not experts on Thai food, but everything we had was full of flavour. We are based north of Lincoln and felt the 25 minute drive was worth it with a multi storey car park nearby which after 6pm was £4.50 for the night. Will visit again I am sure

I strongly suggest that you either dismiss that female staff member or send her for proper training. Her work attitude is really terrible. Customers haven’t even started eating and are already filled with frustration. We ended up leaving without dining. Keeping her on will seriously hurt your business. If the Chinese restaurant next door hadn’t been fully booked for a private event, no one would choose to come here and put up with this kind of treatment.

A great Thai restaurant that I would highly recommend for service (rapid), food quality (top notch), atmosphere (friendly and polite) and enjoyability (high). After arrival we greeted by the head waiter and seated and given menus. Service was efficient and within under 10 minutes we were eating. As previously stated by my fellow Local Guides the high level of service continued throughout our stay. The menu choices matched the flavour of the food – plenty! Quantities of portions matched our appetite. Recommended for families, groups and romantic dining.

Very disappointing experience. The food lacked flavour and arrived barely warm, despite the restaurant being quiet. Portions were small for the price, and presentation was sloppy. Service was slow and inattentive, and we had to ask multiple times for basic things. Overall, it did not feel authentic or worth the money. I would not return or recommend.

Got the Set Menu A – My favourite thing was the sharing platter! The chicken and pork were unbelievably soft and flavoursome and everything tasted really good but portion sizes could be improved and it was quite expensive too in my opinion.

The food and atmosphere was really good and to a high standard. Presentation of the food was also very good. Very romantic place, perfect for a date/birthday or some sort of celebration. There was definitely a language barrier between us and the waitress and took her quite a while to try and understand what we were saying/ordering. Would still highly recommend this restaurant as the food was so good. I think if the staff took the time to understand the menu more then it would be a perfect place with no issues/problems.
