Normally when food looks “Cool” I get nervous. However, this food was honestly good. I ordered the Sunshine mountain French Toast. The portion size was really huge and I had to take some home. The French toast was sweet and the chicken had flavor. (I was not a fan of the gravy). The restaurant and nice but I did ask for an extra place and it wasn’t the cleanest. I came here on a Sunday for brunch, and I don’t believe there was enough staff for how packed it was. I was seated at the table over 10 minutes before someone greeted me.

Loved this brunch spot by the beautiful Las Colinas canals—gave me Riverwalk vibes but quieter and charming. I was surprised (in the best way!) to find matcha drinks, which you don’t usually see at brunch places. The food came out hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely a new favorite!

Bruncheon Las Colinas is an amazing brunch spot where modern ambience meets classic diner vibes. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the fried chicken with gravy, which was crispy, comforting, and full of flavor, and the build-your-own omelette with biscuits—super satisfying and perfectly done. Even the coffee was fantastic, which always seals the deal for a great brunch place. Cozy, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for!

Stopped here for brunch after a half marathon nearby and it was packed. I was concerned that the service might be an issue, but was pleasantly surprised that the wait time and attentiveness were very good.
The food was average at best. While the idea of the Mexican Eggs Benedict was good the execution was not. The English muffin was neither toasted nor dressed – it appeared as if it was just sliced straight from a bag. And the hollandaise lacked flavor and seemed to have been sitting a while. However, the flavor of the bacon, chorizo, and avocado helped salvage the other execution misses.
It might be worth another try on a day that doesn’t have a special event in the area.

This place is good the vibes are really nice and the service is excellent. The food is average. But would go there again. I had the cajun shrimp with egg Benedict and potatoes. The eggs weren’t as liquid as i wished they were as you would expect from an egg Benedict. They were more hard than soft on the inside. However the potatoes were absolutely delicious.

The food was really good! They have a nice variety of interesting combos to choose from. Service was a little slow though. It took longer to get our coconut matcha (which was great) and caramel latte coffee (eh) than it took to receive our food. It feels more like a diner from the atmosphere inside and the food selection. Sitting outside seems nicer.

A great place to have breakfast or lunch, many options to choose from. The crab cake omelette was very good, crab cake had nice flavor and not too much breading. The waffles were light, crispy edge and tasty
I think there is something on the menu for everyone to find., nice variety. Also there are lots of drink choices to satisfy your thirst.
Will be back. The outside sitting area was nice, did nut feel too tight between tables.

Tasty food, great service (Cristopher was very responsive), and nice atmosphere. The bathroom was perfectly clean too!
I do think it was pricey though. $16 for a bagel with lox seems excessive. I guess in 2025 that sort of price is common, but it still stings as the end customer, and it’s basically the only thing that I can say against here.

Bruncheon is such a great addition to the water street area! Expect a bit of a wait if it’s a busy time, like a weekend or holiday. We were told 20 minute wait for 11am on a Sunday and ended up waiting a little less than 10 minutes (which we were very happy with.) The portions are HUGE and the menu is extensive! Our server Cristopher was amazing, and made sure we were taken care of well. Coffee was good (they have coconut milk as an option which I was thrilled with) and we ordered a second one to go. I definitely recommend Bruncheon!

We came at a good time and were promptly seated. It did take a few minutes before we were offered waters and coffee. The latte and cappuccino were good. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake French toast, blueberry cheesecake pancakes and the Manchester. The blueberry cheesecake pancakes were my favorite. All the flavors blended well, wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t require any additional syrup. The strawberry cheesecake French toast was a bit much, you couldn’t taste the French toast. The Manchester was good staple of basic goodness; the bacon was good quality and perfectly cooked, the hash brown was simple yet satisfying. We were pleased with the food taste and quality. The service was a bit rushed as we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else and were presented with a check which was to be paid on our phones. So the customer service is a little lacking but I understand it is done for efficiency and to clear the table more quickly as they often have a long wait. Overall it is as good, but come with appropriate expectations. It is noisy, so if you have sensory sensitivity this may not be a good fit for your next meal.
