I’ve been coming here quite often since they opened, I love that they have gluten free options. The staff however seems quite annoyed by gluten free orders since they have to wipe things down. I’ve also noticed that when I order in the app, the estimated wait time is never accurate, I would add 20 minutes at the minimum so you don’t have a bunch of people waiting for pickup orders (there’s always a line for pickup orders).
Aside from the huff I get about being gluten free, and the wait times, my food is always delicious and the place is very clean

We went at around 2pm not to busy nice lil line but not bad.
Very hard to hear the guy taking orders on to of a high counter.
As far as food guess it’s mediocre better than Subway but not as good as mcgonicles.
We got the big chicken kahuna I got mine minus jalapenos extra mushrooms, decent amt of chicken the do really give you the option to choose different cheeses all the have is American and provolone, while putting in order the guy taking the order didn’t seen to want to trade the order he was in a hurry and didn’t want to answer questions again they were not busy at this time. The chicken wasn’t seasoned really good at all really salty.
We also got the club in a wrap it was ok again nothing special. They don’t really have have to many options of veggies or consumers to add the sandwiches.
So was it mad no could it be better yes will I go back ahhh probably not for the money better value and get more options for veggies and condiments at mcgonicles.

Glad I checked my mail box today! Im 6 months pregnant and just worked a 9hr shift, got home tired and hungry and found a coupon for a free regular sub from them. How could I pass that up! The guy that took my order was super nice and helpful, the lady that checked me out was nice but seemed fed up with her job already that day, im assuming because they’ve been busy and she’s just tired. But all around my chicken bacon ranch sub hitting the spot soo good right now!! Im definitely going back again!!.

The food was very good, I got the chipotle chicken, my husband got the chicken Bacon ranch and daughter got turkey provolone. They were all very good, I loved mine. The chipotle chicken wasn’t too spicy and the grilled onions and peppers, melted together with the cheese was the perfect consistency. The flavor was so yummy. I know it hasn’t been open long, but the place is very clean, decent amount of seating room and they get through a line in a decent amount of time. It was pleasant overall and we will definitely return. The staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. Speaking with us before our turn to order and making sure everyone was ok while we did wait.

This was my first time ordering at the battle Creek store( normally I go to portage) I ordered a #44 (Buffalo chicken) added bacon on the rosemary Parmesan bread. It was so good. Major props to the young lady running the grill Monday night. I did wait for a few minutes (maybe 6 minutes )to get my food but When it came out it was hot and delicious it was worth the wait. Can wait to go back. Looking forward to trying the #26 ( chicken bacon ranch). The young man made sure to tell me to make sure I stop in on Tuesdays. If you sign up to become a Jersey Mike’s rewards member you get double points on Tuesday.

Hate to be that guy but I’ve now given this location a ton of try’s and I’ve had multiple bad experiences. On three separate occasions I order the #44 and they either forgot to put lettuce on when I wanted it or put tomato’s on when I asked for none and also scam on the amount of chicken they put on my sub. It felt like a feather. Also the wait time is unbelievable. I ordered it said 15 minutes I showed up 25 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making my sub. I had to wait another 20 minutes and on top of that there was no customers and no orders so I don’t see how you are taking so long. Also seemed like there was 3 employees doing nothing in the back while only 2 were working. I’m just disappointed in the entire staff running this one because it’s a disaster.

The food was ok. The young man at the counter was friendly and had great customer service. The manager was jo where in site. It took a really really long time to get the food and it was kinda disorganized on what was expected of the customer. The bathroom was out of soap and toilet paper and all.the tables were dirty.

Shout out to Brianna and her professionalism, in handling an absolutely rude customer tonight. I was behind him, this fella was absolutely rude to the staff trying to intimidate the minor staff over a sandwich that was allegedly made wrong. His treatment of these young ladies was appalling. The manager Brianna stepped in and attempted to correct the situation, in all the bounds of customer service. however he was having none of it; and aggressively slide a sandwich over the counter at them then demand them they fix it. She defended her staff after he was trying to verbally attack them with half his body over the counter and stick his finger in their face, over a sandwich. In my opinion the guy and his gf just want free food everywhere they go, looking at his and his and gfs profile it’s obvious there just miserable people looking to start something every where they go. He even went so far to stop me and my company to ask if our food was made right. Mistakes happen it’s not an excuse to intimidate, insult, and verbally abuse children just trying to earn a buck. The service was excellent, the food was great, the staff excellent!

I am loving having a Jersey Mike’s here. I’ve never been to one until this one opened. So far, the two times I’ve been here they will not let me leave disappointed. Great interaction, answering my questions, asking “does that look good?” after putting on a topping. It’s little stuff than can make people feel better about what they’re getting. Mike’s has already become a go to for me. Great cold subs and great customer service. I hope the managers keep the energy that they have now. 10/10
