Food is delicious and cuisine is special, loved having Turkish cuisine in the swiss alps for a change. My only comment would be that it was very overpriced for the portions, but this is the norm with fine dining restaurants. We were 3 people and paid around 200 chf for 2 mains and a few starters.

This was the best meal I had in crans, the food packed serious flavour, the desserts were impressive, it was evident that the hotel also had a pastry chef even during low season. My hotel made a reservation as late as possible for me as I had asked for, when I arrived I was the only customer, they could have closed or restricted the menu options, but no, they simply honoured my reservation and provided top notch service which speaks volumes about the staff and the hotel. I will come back and maybe even try staying at the hotel one day.

We discovered the new restaurant at Le Guarda recently and we really liked it. We were afraid of the Italian / lebanese mix at first, and that it would be just another tapas / lebanese mezze place without much orginality, but everything is refined, mastered to perfection and super tasty. The caramelized eggplants are delicious. The pides as well, spaghettis with lobster also etc. Plus staff is super pro and friendly (of course, its Le Guarda). We had a great evening and are looking forward to our next visit at the Five.
