Flavorful and delicious food but definitely not worth the money. Small portions and we left hungry. The staff was friendly but wouldn’t let us do take out because of restaurant week. Cool atmosphere but seemed a bit dirty.

Cute place but definitely cannot call this Asian food! Right off the bat they don’t even have everything listed (they are gonna change the menu was told) spring rolls are not romaine lettuce and rice noodles smh I literally paid $9 for 3 shrimp and romaine lettuce. Best part it was not even wrapped right and falling apart when she brought it to me. That was definitely not a Bohn Mi. The “ramen burrito” is just mush good idea bad execution. The broth they served with it was beyond weird it was sweet and I don’t even know what flavor it was supposed to be. You do get a discount for paying with cash but it was still ridiculously overpriced.

First time dining in at Little Noodle during Restaurant Week and WOW — 5 stars across the board.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt intentional and comforting at the same time. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

If this is how they show up for Restaurant Week, I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Little Noodle in the Garland District completely lives up to the hype. I had the pho with tri-tip and it was incredible! Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and the tri-tip was tender and packed with flavor. I also ordered the spring rolls, which were fresh, balanced, and seriously good. You can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes. The portion sizes were perfectly filling for me.
The atmosphere is cozy and hip, exactly what you want in Garland. Service was friendly and the whole experience felt relaxed and intentional.

What an incredible find! The best Ramen I’ve ever had. The smoked pork belly was so flavorful and meaty. Marinated egg was perfect. Drinks tasty and really unique. I appreciated the rice noodle gluten free option! My bowl was enough for two meals. Mack’s customer service is top notch.

It’s called “Little” Noodle for a reason lol. The Pho we ordered itself was very delicious! But my husband and I spent $50 for 2 bowls and left hungry. Portions are extremely small. Felt more like an appetizer. Not worth it for the price point, probably won’t come back.

Got here for a quick lunch spot and everything was honestly just kinda meh
The spring roll came to us with a rip and just kept slowly opening the garlic sesame noodles were good a little small the ramen-ito is oddly sweet and the tortillas are wet but it’s not gross and could honestly just not be my thing, the bành mi is good would recommend honestly just overall a meh experience probably won’t come here again personally if you come in with low expectations you probably won’t be disappointed
Edit as a response to the manager
You literally didn’t check on us untill you dropped off boxes and even then you dropped of the boxes and immediately left?

We got the Peanut Noodle Salad and Garlic Sesame Noods. The noodle salad was refreshing, especially on a hot day. I preferred my fiance’s garlic noodles a bit, so I’ll definitely be back. The spring rolls were also pretty good!!

I am very sorry to leave bad review. I don’t know if it was for the restaurant week or so, we went there for the very first day. The service was a total frustration. We ordered masubi, where the rice was not cooked properly at all! We asked to change and same did the other customer at my next table. They took almost forever to replace that, and for us it was never replaced!! Lol. The service seemed to take forever! Usually I had very good experience with other restaurants during restaurant week. But it seems this restaurant is not prepared for the restaurant week at all. Then I saw other customers saying they want a gluten free option, but they did not have and mention it anywhere. Finally for the dessert time, the mango sticky rice had the same issue. The food was okay, but very salty for my taste bud. We left with very dissatisfied experience of our first day of restaurant week. Hope they get better with time.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’m a addict when it comes to pho, and Little Noodle scratches that it, then leaves me itching for more after! It’s a vicious cycles!

The staff are warm, welcoming, quick, and efficient! I even had a chance to pop in during Restaurant Week, and they were absolutely killing it!

These two factors have made it a too three spot in Spokane for me. A must try for those who haven’t yet!
