This location desperately needs to revert from the purely pickup concept. This used to be a pleasant Starbucks. From Slate: “The pickup concept is now being sunsetted under Niccol, who called the stores “overly transactional and lacking the warmth and human connection that defines our brand” in a company call earlier this year.“

Starbucks is no longer the place to go to have a nice sit down with friends and vibe.I don’t know who’s idea it was to completely change the decor, ambiance , and seating arrangement from an intimate setting to a cold sterile set up where everyone is sitting in close proximity.The other problem is the ridiculous prices paid for all the products sold there.I will not be returning.

I’m a bit disappointed with the service. We paid a significant price, expecting a high-quality coffee experience, but the coffee we were served was a very small amount. We felt that the quantity did not match the asking price at all.

sooooo ran to @Starbucks before I got to work to grab a coffee so I can wake up and study at work and home. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocah with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink the server asked if I would like whipped cream, and I answered yes. I was handed my drink and I walked to my car to get to work. While walking I noticed the drink seemed a little light but I didn’t have time to turn back and inspect the drink because I was running Late. I got to work placed the drink at my station so it could cool off. I took one sip to make sure the temperature was correct. And I noticed the drink still felt light. I opened the lid only to see that I had half of a drink in my cup. Now I didn’t drink more than the sip so I know I was only served a half a cup of coffee. so this location served me a half-a-cup of coffee with a half-a-cup of whipped cream. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I used my Starbucks points, which I would like back on top of a new cup of coffee. How can we fix this ?

Order on the app or in person, you still will get the same lazy service. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this takes the cake for worst one. Try to avoid, drive the extra couple of miles and go to another location. You will maybe get greeted as you walk in and that’s where it ends. People taking orders stand there bothered you showed up as the barista is building up a sweat trying to get orders filled .

What a shock This was one of my favorite Starbucks because you could sit inside and out. It had bathrooms for quick pitstops. The store was packed on the weekends, super popular spot!
We went today, the first time after the renovation, and it was pretty empty. Our drinks were watery, there are no bathrooms and no where to sit.

Love this Spot! Staff are very friendly. My Matcha never disappoints. My usual is a Matcha Latte Grande with 2 scoops matcha, coconut milk and 1 classic. Never a hit or miss at this spot.
