Brock, the manager on duty, went above and beyond to resolve an escalated situation, successfully finding mutually acceptable grounds. As someone who frequently orders late-night deliveries from Domino’s, I have come to expect a 7/10 service level, primarily due to occasional lapses in including my sauce. However, tonight’s order was completely unsatisfactory, warranting a 0/10 rating. It was dougy, uncooked.. looked thrown together. Sloppy mess. Given the late hour, I simply sought a refund, rather than a credit or replacement pizza, considering the labor involved. Having just finished a late shift myself and feeling unwell, I was not inclined to compromise. Fortunately, Brock intervened with a reasonable offer, demonstrating impressive problem-solving skills and professionalism, earning him a 10/10 rating. Ultimately, the issue was resolved fairly, although without a satisfactory dinner solution. #NODINNERSTILL

Order a pizza for my family and after 1.5 hours of waiting, They told me the driver couldn’t get in my apartment. I left my Gate code (which works for everyone lol) and also my phone number is on there and he didn’t call me or text me? No effort. Just kept my pizza.
