Great food with some fun options you don’t usually see. The beef jerky, papaya salad and spring rolls were delicious. Great soups with lots of vegetables and option to add shrimp. The vibe was cute and service was great. Thai tea was tasty, not overly sweet. Mains were solid and food was fast.

This is our favorite restaurant for takeout, and we like eating there sometimes too. Their food is delicious – our favorites are the Pumpkin Curry, Crab Fried Rice, the Pud See Ew noodles, Pad Ma Keur (eggplant and tofu), and Tom Kha Gai coconut milk soup (with brown rice). It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Thai House Express. I’ve missed going there so we decided to have a quick dinner. I ordered chicken curry and boy was their serving hefty! Even the rice was a huge bowl and I truly appreciated it. It’s fresh, medium spicy just like I ordered it. My good friend had noodle soup which he was equally happy to have. Really attentive service which which means 4/5 stars! I’m glad they’re still thriving.

Lots of choices and mostly good, the stand out dishes are the chicken satay which was juicy and tasty, and the pad see ew was delicious, highly recommend these. I do not recommend moo krob, it’s my favorite dish but this place deep fried the pork so much it was just hard crisps.

I really enjoyed the flavors and portions of their shrimp pineapple curry, coconut mushroom soup, and sleeping shrimp appetizer. The lunch combo menu is a wonderful size and price, and you get to try many flavors. Service was kind and attentive. We’ll be coming back!

needed a place for food because my section of the neighborhood was still in a blackout since earlier that afternoon. I was SO happy they still had power – everything was still warm when I got home and had a bit of everything by candlelight. now that the refrigerator is back on, I can have the leftovers tomorrow by daylight! hooray!

The service is always so great along with the consistently awesome food. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years. At one time we lived downtown and I’d drive up to the Castro every other week to get our Thai fix. Love the staff and the greetings by name are always warm and welcome! A must eat!!! 10 stars!
