Did not realize it was the Grand opening evening when we visited. I cannot say enough about the food, service, cleanliness, and the timeliness of our order even though they were packed, including the drive through. Our burgers were perfect, seasoned so nicely, great flavor, the fries were the thin ones we enjoy. Obviously, the training the employees received was top notch. We will definitely be back quite often.

This place is horrible.
I ordered the circled burger below. They forgot my cheese I went back and they remade it three times, with American and Cheddar, with no topping etc… I’m not a Karen. We are traveling and all I wanted was a burger, made correctly. She literally took my phone back there, had my sticker, & my receipt… I waited for close to an hour and they handed me THIS!!! WHY IS MY BURGER ON TOAST!?!?!! Figured they had it right since it took a decade- my bad for not checking. I got back to our hotel and like just about crashed out burger making isn’t rocket science…

So, we ordered through drive thru. I asked for a bottle of regular fry sauce with the order of burgers and fries. Guess what wasn’t included? We were already home at that point and my receipt showed I’d paid for it and it was supposed to be included in the order. 15$/hr is way too much to be paid for simple errors like this. The food was great so that’s 5☆ but the kids need to slow down a hair and pay attention and not just shoo people along. It’ll be a while before we come back. Scruffs has never messed up an order in the 5 years we’ve been going there. Just sayin.

The food was barely warm and the serving sizes were the worst I’ve gotten at a Freddy’s. We all got hardly any fries and the large cheese curds order was not even close to a large portion. There was even just two empty buns under one of our trays, and the floors looked nasty despite the facility being newly renovated. There wasn’t a whole lot of options to sit either. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you want to try Freddy’s for the first time. Just drive to Jefferson City at that point.

It was busy today, but that’s bound to happen during a opening for a new fast food restaurant. I give extra points to the staff for the food recommendations, considering this was my first time and I had no idea what they had. Wait time took about 15 minutes AT MOST, and the staff were super sweet and all had smiles on their faces, except for the angry female manager who kept yelling instead of helping staff during the rush. Besides that, the food was really good and the customer service outperformed, this is definitely going in my fast food rotation!

Stopped by Freddy’s in Rolla on their first day open, and I was genuinely impressed. The service was exceptional, especially considering it was opening day. The employees were doing a great job, friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly despite the rush.
The young man at the drive thru had a positive attitude and made the experience enjoyable. You could tell the team was well-prepared and taking pride in what they were doing. If this is how they operate on day one, Rolla is in for a great addition.
