This location was extremely clean. After a stressful flight on CHRISTMAS this was a haven for my family. We ordered 10 combo meals with a bunch of kids meals as well. Everything was correct. Not a single thing was missing. Nothing was incorrect. The staff here was so so friendly and kind. The seasonal churro shake is so delicious.

This is my favorite carls jr location, their staff is always super nice and the food is always hot and fresh! I don’t go too often anymore because of their prices being so high for fast food unfortunately, but when I have a craving for a western bacon this is the place to go!

I ordered a number 5 combo which is a California double and i got one small patty and a bit of cheese then i ordered a meat patty and a bitof cheese for my dog he got a large bit of meat which was bigger than mine. When i went back in i asked for the manger and got the girl that served me i told her i ordered a double and she said it was so i asked were the 2nd bit of meat was and she took it back to the kitchen.
I understand its sunday but there was no one in side eating when i drove through and if it takes 15mins to make that i should of been done properly. Check your food before you leave.

The manager Hugo has a really gross attitude
I know customer service is no easy, but you sign in for this and maybe the customer before me was mean that doesn’t mean you had to be mean to the next one I was really polite and nice his response. It was disgusting. Plus the food. They need to check this location ASAP.

Visited Carl’s Jr. recently, and I have to give a shoutout to Hugo, the cashier. He was incredibly friendly and social, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. It was clear that he takes pride in his job—he knew the menu inside out and answered all my questions quickly and confidently.
