We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming vibe when we entered the establishment. The food was outstanding, and the drinks were amazing. All the staff we encountered were professional and friendly. We were totally happy with our 1st time experience. The DJ Shogun made us dancing for hours. I can’t wait to return for their awesome weekly events.

First time here. It was a $10 cover charge. It gave more of a bar vibe than a cigar lounge. Felt very over crowded and shoulder to shoulder with hardly any seating. The drinks were good and strong.

I enjoyed going when they were in Concord. I ordered three strawberry margaritas at different times. I was charged the same price for all three margaritas that weren’t the same size. My first drink came in a nice size glass the second one came in a smaller glass then the third one through me : I swear I thought I was being pranked until that bill came . All the drink was the same price but different in size. That will be my last time going there spending my money!!!!

While the venue size has increased due to a location change, my opinion of the establishment remains. We were immediately greeted to be seated but not addressed to receive water or order because the wait staff was preoccupied with sharing a plate of fish. They swarmed over it, like buzzards. After some time, we finally had the chance to order overpriced wings and fries. The wings were cooked properly and came out hot. The fries, on the other hand, were old, cold, and had a weird taste. Unfortunately, like another review, eating them resulted in illness. Thwir are a wide variety of menu offerings, however, none of them seemed stand out in a way that would align the lounge with a high-caliber vibe. The lack of professionalism was evident in the low quality service received, also. One gentleman staff member was polite and attempted to be attentive helping us.
While I would not eat there again, I do believe the live music was enjoyable. I am unsure if this occurs every Tuesday. The larger venue, ample space, and event schedule make this establishment worthy of 2 stars for now. They have so much potential to be a better, classier cigar lounge.

Cool cigar bar and lounge located in the Northlake Mall area. They offer a variety of cigars for purchase, indoor, outdoor and bar seating. Most nights there is no cover charge. The staff are super friendly and the food is very good. They have a variety of wings flavors to choose from in addition to salads, fries and other small bites.

Always heard this place was good to go. Well, I was disappointed. The servers/bartenders were good. However, the food, drinks and cigars choices were garbage!! Literally only had enough cognac to make 3 drinks. Only had “house” cigars and the wings, oh man the wings. The wings were literally store bought frozen TGIF wings. To be honest, I’ll stick to tailored smoke in uptown or concord.

Music great, drinks great, people everywhere but too many tables. You cant even dance because they sold too many tables. You see people squirming in their seat because the dj out works the opportunity for the place to explode as an all out party. Shout out to the dj because he rocks it everytime I am there. Help bring the party back. Lets make the weekend something to look forward to again. #nomoretables

The location says open everyday from 11-12am literally on the door. Drive 40 minutes to check them out and they’re completely closed. I will not waste another trip and I suggest to call regardless of the false green open display on Google if you must try, and save some gas. Sticks and Beans, you owe me gas and a free meal!

I wanted to like Sticks and Beans , but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The liquor selection was extremely limited, which made it difficult to find something worth ordering. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive, leaving us waiting far longer than we should have for both drinks and basic requests.
The atmosphere also didn’t help. Instead of feeling comfortable or welcoming, the vibe leaned more toward chaotic and unrefined, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the evening. For a place that seems to pride itself on being upscale, it missed the mark on several levels.
I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously—because with a stronger bar program, better-trained staff, and improved environment, Sticks and Beans could be much better. But as of now, I cannot recommend this establishment.
