After a grueling Vasaloppet bike race, we were cold, muddy, in desperate of some hot soup and stumbled into this hidden restaurant on the second floor. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a welcoming waitress who didn’t bat an eye at our less-than-presentable state.
We started with the soup, which was exactly what we needed. It warmed us up from the inside out, perfectly complementing the cold day. As for the main courses, we ordered stir fried beef curry, stir fried chicken, phai Thai noodle and a mixed vegetable. food was delicious with rich flavors. I have it 4 stars as it to be a bit salty for my taste. When I mentioned this, our waitress kindly explained that it’s typical for people in Mora to enjoy their food saltier than in Stockholm. She advised us to request less salt next time if we prefer lighter flavors—good to know for future visits!
Overall, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal, despite our post-race appearance. While the saltiness of the dishes might require a slight adjustment, it’s a minor point in an otherwise excellent experience. I’d highly recommend this spot, especially after a day on the trails. Just be sure to mention your flavor preference!

We wanted to give the restaurant a chance despite the previous reviews. Sadly the portions were very small and when we told the waitress, she said they’re normal and it should’ve been enough for us. She even asked other customers in front of me which is absolutely unprofessional. Being stingy with rice or noodles is something we can’t understand. Taste was okay.

One of the worst Chinese meals I’ve eaten anywhere in the world. I would have been embarrassed to serve this to a customer.
Poor quality shavings of duck. No vegetables of any kind. Watery sauce served on the side. Dry, boring and tasteless. Not cheap either.

Chinese buffet restaurant, was there in mid of June 2025. Not big variety of food and also the taste for the food was not in my favour.

Lots of food at a reasonable price. It’s a buffet. Helpful staff. It has Sushi and Thai. Not many gluten free choices. Price includes a drink which could be beer.
