I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to this Dairy Queen was really disappointing. The girl with blue hair working at the counter was rude and had a serious attitude when taking our order — it felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. On top of that, most of the tables were dirty, and it was hard to even find a clean place to sit. To make things worse, it took about 25 minutes for our food to come out, and there weren’t that many people waiting. Overall, the service and cleanliness were both really poor. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect from Dairy Queen.

Food was pretty good, Superman blizzard was really good and cold, service was lacking. Took a little too long to get someone to greet me and ring up my order. Cashier was not friendly. But I’m thankful the store was cool and mostly clean on such a hot day.

The response I got from the store to my review is so generic. Not only did I over pay and not get a full meal but I get a generic apology? I will not be going back and I am contacting corporate because I feel jipped of my money.

I ordered 2 of your warm triple brownie ala modes with extra fudge sauce from your drive thru and when i got home 22 miles away and opened the bag to my surprise there was no ice cream on either one and no extra fudge sauce on either one. I called the establishment and they did offer for me to drive all the way back there and they would make it right, but it was 8:30 at night and i was not going to do that. They have offered to make it right for me tomorrow and i appreciate that, but i really was not planning on goung out that way tomorrow even though i said i would. I am a disabled Veteran and on a very small income and once in a while i treat myself and my wife to yalls sweets, so just driving that far to get what i should have gotten in the first place is costing me more than i planned. Just wanted to let you know that sometimes making it right by replacing the mistake doesn’t always make it right for the customer. Thank you.. Sheilah Kerley

Drove from Meridianville to Fayetteville just to find out they were not serving ice cream. Seems like restaurants these days are not run efficiently. I can not remember in my childhood going to Dairy Queen and them ever not serving ice cream. This has now happened twice at two different locations that you couldn’t get ice cream from Dairy Queen

Having been here on several occasions . I’ve come to expect them to screw something up all the time, especially when irresponsible teenagers are involved. Today was no exception to this fact, the counter service was excellent due to Clint’s good service(he’s an adult),but yet again the teenage cooks got the order messed up.
Hopefully my wife didn’t ingest much of the raw chicken that was served. I wish you luck in going here.

This place feels chaotic and disorganized. Ordered the crunching cookie blizzard on the app with the dip side. They didn’t give us the side even though it cost extra, when we said something they said it was in the blizzard? Of course there was stuff in the blizzard, but I ordered the side with the extra dip. I didn’t press the point as the staff seemed overworked and poorly trained. This place needs some help or it won’t last
