Been to this Dunkin twice both times the same worker had a STANK attitude. I’m not sure if he realizes he’s not forced to work there. I got a DoorDash order from them once and they messed up pretty much all my food.

This place messes up my order constantly. I ordered 2 doughnuts and went to work, realized they never gave me my doughnuts so I went back. I simply asked if they double check their orders since this is legitimately the 5th time they messed up my order, his response was “you don’t either” it’s not my job to check what YOU are supposed to do. I pay these prices so I expect my order to be checked. I also received a doughnut that looked like he took his frustration out. This won’t happen again because I will now check my order and will give it right back if it’s not 100% perfect. You want me to be like that? Okay. Kindness and patience didn’t work so I’ll be the nightmare customer you don’t want.

Very dirty, multiple times the coffee came warm, and today we ordered two avocado toast with bacon and in both we found hair on it. That was absolutely disgusting. Never again!

Dirtiest Dunkin that I have been to. I put in an order through the mobile app. Arrived early so I ran to the bathroom. I debated on canceling the order and running to the CVS. Pee on the floor, trash on the ground, poop stains in the toilet, overall it wasn’t clean and it did not seem to be new. I’m a firm believer in “you can tell how clean a kitchen is by the bathroom” and if that’s truly the case, I don’t even want to know what happens in that kitchen. Went to get my mobile order, the sandwich was there but no donuts. I will give them credit, the drive thru seemed busy but I asked about the donuts that were ordered and they said they didnt have those kinds, I could sub them out or just submit through the app for a refund, which seemed to be down. If I didnt ask about them, nothing was going to be mentioned. I gave chance after chance, the lasts couple of times the Coolata was terrible and not consistent with the other Dunkins.

This was the dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen in my life. Flies were everywhere—buzzing around like they owned the place. I looked up at the menu, hoping to grab a bite, but instantly changed my mind. The sheer number of flies made my stomach turn. The windows? They looked like someone had wiped them down with a greasy rag. Absolutely foul.

The girl who took my order was nice and trying to help, but struggled on the screen when taking my order. No one was able to help her and I ended up using the app to order. When it came to get my drinks, i ordered a frozen drink, and at first was given a frozen matcha late mixed with some coffee. But i never asked for coffee and they remade the drink. When they remade it, all the powder was on the bottom and still in powder form, and when i asked if this looked made correctly, i was told yes, but clearly not. The rude response was not necessary and the wait was about 20 minutes. I normally come here because my order is made quick and correctly, but unfortunately today, i paid for frozen ice and milk and am disappointed.
