Ordered from Uber eats and had the resturaunt call me afterwards telling me to cancel my order because they ran out of alfredo!! She claimed they couldn’t cancel it on their side!! Now im being charge $57.31 over an order i never recieved because they claimed they started cooking already. I checked online and they indeed can message me about missing items and cancel orders on their side. They just wanted to wanted steal money from me.

I’ve never had a problem coming here at night but the chick on morning shift has a terrible attitude. It’s ridiculous to be upset that she has to answer simple questions . My husband let her know that her attitude was bad and her response was ” you’ll be all right”. Maybe they need to get someone on morning shift that actually knows how to talk to people.

never had a problem before i order here at least twice a week due to working across the street, but i notice everytime the man is working (morning or lunch) the wait times are extremely long. today i waited 10 mins for my food & it was wrong. but unfortunately didn’t realize until being back at work but it was definitely intentional. he made no offer to correct the order or a refund. no apology either. i guess i won’t be back.
