I ordered specific items with my money, and even spent extra for delivery. Normally I’d say you should have went in and got it yourself if you wanted it right. However, when a 14$ pizza showed up instead of the 21.99$ pizza I ordered. It was time to go in, but I did try to call twice to avoid driving. They picked up both times and sent me back to hold and never picked up, then the second just hung up. I go in and whoever the manager is on shift on Jan 1 2026, you did a good job with your customer service. However, you sent me home with yet again another dang pepperoni pizza when that’s not what I ordered. So I got two pepperoni pizzas instead of the pizza I asked for, and had to drive up there to get the messed up fix pizza. I’m not really sure how you can do confidently screw up such a simple task. This location has been an issue time and time again, and that 3.2 might be screaming for itself at this point. It was an accident we even ordered from here in the first place, because yall messed up my order last time. Without even a hesitation, this location stood firm on being a garbage location for Pizza Hut. They don’t even use their own delivery drivers anymore, it’s always door dashers bringing the food. What happened to 30 mins or it’s free pizza. I don’t want your “I’m sorry handouts,” unless I can take it to a different location, this one needs to be closed or retrained. In the end I got more food then I asked for, or paid for, but yall won’t get my business anymore. Force me to waist my money on things I didn’t ask for in this economy is criminal.

There was only three people working while I wait for my small pan pizza. I got there after my order was ready and waited an additional 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I walk out with the smallest pizza I’ve seen and with four wings? Like come on these are wings? Why do my wings look like they are just chicken strip with BBQ sauce just right on top not even coated. They should have more people working on a Saturday night for one and serve what they would want to eat. Definitely will not be going back.

I put in an order for delivery and never received my order or refund of $85. I work on an Army post and they gave my order to DoorDash and the driver could not deliver to the Post. He asked if he could leave the pizza at the Visitor Center or the front gate but I did not have my car to pick it up, and I tipped 20% for them to DELIVER not drop off 2 miles from where I work. Pizza Hut offered to remake and send another driver, but we only have 30 minutes for lunch so we would not have received them in time. I am trying to get a refund they said they would give but yet to see it.

I’m giving it a 3 star across the board. We were given bottled drinks for dining in. I’m not sure if this is this stores policy, but we couldn’t get refills. We ordered personal pan pizzas and they were cooked in an aluminum pan, mostly stuck. It all tasted fine though. They brought the cheeses bread out with the meal, and as an appetizer I wanted it first. The server answered questions, but he was definitely not happy to be there, but not rude, maybe an off day? The bathrooms left something to be desired. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay up, the floors were sticky, and the sink had grass and hair. I understand these are first world problems, but if I am spending $60+ I want a great experience.

Employees it touching pizzas with their bare hands to put them into boxes. Disgusting. Never gonna spend money here. Employees is also on cell phone while touching pizzas. Notified pizza ready 10 min before it’s ready. Dirty liars.
Edit: you can improve by fixing the problems I’ve listed. It’s not my job to police your store. Get involved instead of giving a blanket statement. You think an owner might know what’s going on in their own store.

Worst experience. Husband was craving pizza for when he got off work at 6:30pm. We ordered a medium supreme and other things, as he’s the only one who eats supreme pizzas. The total was $65. After the driver left, I open the box and a piece was missing, we called to talk to them about this issue. They gave us nothing but attitude and treated me like we wanted to steal something. All I wanted was for them to re-delivery my pizza and take this one away. I was accused by the store manager who stated “I was standing by the pizza maker the whole time, so I know it wasn’t us who did it”. I think any paying customer, would get upset. This is unhygienic, I don’t even know if he washed his hands, coughed, or even spit on it.

They might be understaffed, I’m just guessing. We sat in the drive-through for a very long time, just to be ignored. We called inside on the phone and no one picked up. After we were finally acknowledged, it still took forever to get our pizza, that was supposed to be ready over 25 minutes ago when arriving. The car behind us backed out and left. Just be aware and bring time. Btw, the pizza is cold.

Ordered a thin crust meat lovers pizza, it was dry like it had been sitting under lamps all day, the toppings from the sauce, cheese, to the meat Wes skimpy and less than usual but the price was $6 more than a year or so ago. It’ll be a long time till I get pizza from Pizza Hut. Even Little Cesar’s is better now a days.

Since I’m from deep south Texas I wasnt excepting a lunch buffet here at pizza hut @ Lawton Oklahoma. Great service. Family friendly atmosphere. Great pizza! Great pasta! They also offer a salad and dessert bar.
