Service is very terrible!! And no I’m not just saying that go check for yourself. The bread is good though that is. Last week I went in this lady was rushing me to pay even though there was nobody in line or in the store at the time. What, because that day I decided to pay in change . Just find a different bread store. If you don’t mind bad service you know where to go .

This place gets it! People want not just coffee but traditional coffee shop like expresso, cappuccino and other in-house specialties they offer. Don’t even get me started on the bread with it being so soft freshly baked and colorful. Come and try this whole in the bakery with friendly staff and nice ambiance. I would give it another 5 star if I could

Trays where they keep their bread are dirty. We bought a slice of carrot cake and a slice of chocolate cake that we ended up throwing away because they tasted old. They both had a refrigerator taste probably from sitting there a few days. Don’t recommend.

I will never return to this bakery again. As a Caucasian woman, I was immediately profiled the second I walked in. I simply went to check if a certain bread was available and the cashier screamed at me to grab a tray and tongs, even though I obviously know how the process works. Then I heard her and another customer laughing and talking about me in Spanish. I understand enough to know when I’m being mocked.

When I asked for my total to be repeated because I didn’t hear it, the cashier snapped “I do not speak English” in the rudest tone possible. The disrespect was blatant.

This place has always had bad attitudes, but this was the last straw. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

The cashier was touching the bread with the same gloves that she had on to count money having gloves on doesn’t automatically mean your hands are clean. If you touch money you have to change those gloves before you touch food.

I spoke with Daniel, who what I was told is the manager. Seemed very irritated and in a rush I will better take my problems to the customer alliance and better Business bureau. For the way, Daniel handled our interaction was completely inappropriate.
