The food is rarely ever hot, and you’re lucky if your order is right when you get it. The burgers taste old and dry, like they have been sitting under a warmer too long. It is the only fast food place in town, so we don’t have a lot of options in our small town. They really need to do better!!!!

Pretty unimpressed with some girl named Stephenie. I was in to grab some food, she smelled of alcohol so I called her out on it and asked for a manager. She then screamed at me to leave, well, more of a slurr than a scream, so I left. Then I came by later to hopefully catch a manager and she was outside with some scruffy dude smoking weed. That was it. I’m over it. Never coming here again. Hire someone who cares about their job more than getting loaded and causing drama.

We stopped here on our way to the Peach Bowl in Atlanta. We stood in line for about 15 minutes behind 2 hunters. We finally had our order taken and paid. We asked for a refund after waiting for 15 minutes after paying. We watched the staff run around Luke chickens with their heads cut off to try to straighten up and put time labels on things like tea due to the health inspector walking in while we were there. One employee threw away hasbrown bites for the entire time we were waiting. When we asked for our money back Noone knew how to refund us so we just had to wait for our food. Mind you, we were the only 2 people in line waiting for food. It was an experience that will prevent my husband or I from EVER stopping at another Jack’s. It was absolutely ridiculous! They should ALL be fired. I feel sorry for the owner!

I have NEVER wrote a bad review, or a review at all, but my husband went to get a milkshake, a large fry, and 2 cookies. He was asked to pull up while they cooked the fries. He waited 30 something minutes, and someone finally came out and asked what he ordered. He watched at least 10 vehicles get their order and leave. Also, before all of this we had went and gotten milkshakes and was given the wrong kind after waiting about 20 minutes on them. So after giving them a second chance this time, we are even more disappointed.

Always try to make a stop here when traveling through. Great food and service – never had a bad experience. On our last trip, we stopped late that night; it was getting close to 10:00. They were still open and we wanted coffee. The manager ground the beans in front of us and made a fresh pot!
